We all love something in our life and world. Some feel this more intensely than others, but we all do. What happens when those things are lost to us? Not gone or undone, simply… inaccessible?

[dramatic reading voice] A tale of friendship, love, love lost, hope. [/dramatic reading voice] And a tale that asks how we make sense of these notions called "reality" and "fiction", not in abstract, hierarchal ways… but in visceral, personal, immediate ways.

Chap 1:
When the narrator finds himself in Equestria, he's hit hard by this very problem. Celestia offers him as much as she can, namely, a new life.A new life in a world that he had previously imagined as only fiction. How can this life hope to match up, especially when he has to cope with what he's lost?
