Being a young alicorn of unknown origins, Chrono has yet to discover his purpose. Princess Celestia sent him on a journey to explore the world, in hopes of discovering his special talent. However, as this turned out fruitless, she instead sends Chrono to Ponyville, hoping the power of friendship will help him discover his purpose. Along the way, he will make friends, who help him learn about his past, present and future, while discovering that fate can work in mysterious ways.
