PILLS HERE! (Reedited)

She let out a numb sigh again and sat up in her bed and swung her legs over the edge of the bed. She looked at her legs and remembered the burning feeling that seemed to start to from inside her and work its way to the surface. She shuttered at the memory of the feeling of destruction it left in her mind. But yet her legs were here no burns or scars, no pain… Maybe it was all a dream and it never actually happened and it was all just a crazy dream that she had just woken up from… Though in her head she knew it was useless to hope but she clung to it until, she noticed the clipboard on the small table next to her bed. She picked up the board and flipped through the pages with a bored look

NAME- Pinkamena Diane pie SEX- mare
COLOR- Pink CUTIE MARK- three balloons of blue and yellow
SITUATION - suicide attempt with a toaster
DIAGNOSIS- suicide watch until further notice!

At this, she just it threw over a shoulder and stood up again just slower this time to avoid the dizziness. She made it slowly over to the curtains and pulled them apart only to close her eyes at the unexpected burst of sunlight. She had to blink several times before her eye’s adjusted to the light, and she looked over the park that stood inside the ponyville general hospital and put a hoof on the glass and pushed slightly only to find it locked.
Though the disappointment only lasted for a second because she found the not so hidden locks and undid them with her hooves and opened the glass to feel the fresh air fill in for the stuffy air that she had been suffering through since waking up here.

she hung her head out the window and looked down to the other floors counting them to find she was on the second floor. Though she didn’t care she just welcomed the air as she folded her hooves under her head and closed her eyes feeling for the first time, in a long time at peace.
She had almost fallen into a peaceful sleep when she felt the tingling aura of magic surround her before being pulled away from the window quite forcefully. She yelped at the sudden movement and felt her stomach tighten. The magic dropped her and left her with waves of nausea that churned her stomach and threatened to make her vomit. She turned and glared at her assailant though blurry and watery eyes. Her attacker was a unicorn that glared at her in a concerned way.
He slowly looked past her and walked out of the threshold of the door and trotted past her to the window.

“I’m sorry miss pie but the nausea you feel is only a side effect of your attempt on your own life.” He paused to close and lock the window once again. “And should have been a deterrent against attempting from doing so again!” he spoke sternly as he looked at her again a tired but determined look in his eyes.

She felt the bile rise up into her throat but she swallowed it back down winching at the sour burning taste that left her throat raw.
“Ugh what the fuck are you talking about again?” she said with uncharacteristic spite.
He snorted and looked her in the eye.

“I’m sorry a suicidal patient on the second floor sticking her head out a window, forgive me for jumping to conclusion He said with an edge. She swallowed again her face twisting in disgust at the taste but the intensity of the glare stayed.

“Then why am I up here?” she asked through gritted teeth. Anger helping her fights the sickness, though his words made sense. He sighed and let the tiredness show.
His eyes softened at the pink mare.
“Because the first floor was filled with minor emergencies and outpatient procedures and as much as I hate to admit it but were not equipped to deal with suicidal patients. It’s not even considered rare, more like a myth among pony kind...” he was going to continue but the sickness won and pinkie rushed to the bathroom and the retching sound echoed off the wall’s. The doctor’s heart pained for the mare and he lit up his horn and focused a small spell into her. The relief was instant and she slumped to the floor her head resting on the soothing cold of the toilet seat.

Then a pill bottle levitated over to the sink… he rattled it and pinkie stared at it weakly.

“Pills…. They work slower than magic but is more easily accessed.” He said softly and she looked at him in the reflection of the mirror and noticed something disturbing. In the corner of the mirror she noticed a dark brown stallion looking through her window, he was bald, and his eyes were huge circles in his face his pupils were so tiny they were swimming in seas of white.
He mouthed the words "pills here….."
“Um doctor?” she said kind of scared.

“Yes?” he looked concerned for her.
“Please tell me you see what I see.” She said and the doctor followed her eyes to the mirror. His eyes widened and he whipped around and cursed.
“Damn it!” he used his magic to pick up a red phone “hello? yes, he’s back again, second floor room sixty-one….. Uh huh, ok… thank you.” He spoke briskly and nodded as he listened. Then hung up the phone and almost galloped out of the room. But he stopped and looked at her.

“I’ll write you a script for the stomach meds and an antidepressant, now go back to bed I’ll check on you later,” He said hastily then galloped out of the room closing the door behind him. When she looked back to the window the bald stallion was gone. But just to make sure once she felt able she closed the curtains and crawled back to into her bed. Then fell into almost forceful sleep.

Yet again she was in that dull and lifeless ponyville, she sighed a sigh that was almost as lifeless as her setting. She reached towards her neck to find the familiar black collar that wrapped around her neck as if reminding her that she was forever bound to this dead place. She looked over her shoulder and all around her for the other her… But nothing but the common death and destruction of this hell, for the first time in so long she walked alone through it. She tried to hop or skip like she uses to but the energy wouldn’t present its self. Her hooves dragged on the ground instead. But her head wasn’t dipped she looked up and all around taking in the destruction to her mind. She looked and took in all the disturbing details that there was.

Then an idea came to her mind, and energy flowed to her hooves and she took off in a gallop.
If this truly was her dream, Then she could fix this all. She could bring back all of her friends, and make this right. She galloped full speed to the corpse pile and came to a screeching stop. She resisted the urge to gasp loudly but couldn’t hold the full thing in.
The other pinkie’s body had been added to the line of her friends, the broken neck forcing her head to rest at a painful angle. Pinkie kept away from the body as much as possible. She trotted slowly over to rainbow’s body, but there wasn’t a way to get around touching the dead pink mare’s body because she was laying on Dash. So pinkie rolled her off the prismatic mare, she sat one her haunches and closed her eyes and started to remember all the times she and dash hung out, the pranks the baking the adventures, all of it. she hung onto and tried to fix rainbow with her memories. There was a soft crack and pinkie opened her eyes to see rainbow’s wing was back in the right place and looked no longer broken. This gave her hope and tried harder.

Then she felt something grab her arm and her eye’s snapped open and she screamed. Dash’s undead body grabbed her and those dead white eyes are focused on her.

“YOU KILLED ME!!!” The body cursed at her and she fell backwards and escaped the cyan zombie grip. She crawled backwards and the body lifted off the ground like a puppet whose strings were being pulled. She levitated a foot off the ground though her wings didn’t move. Blood dripped and spattered the ground and trailed from her mouth and eyes. Her upper arm raised first and the lower arm followed like a bad puppet master. “You killed me “its voice was filled with rage. Pinkie turned and ran away only to run into yellow fur. She looked up into Fluttershy's dead eyes

“What did I do to deserve this?” she asked in that quite hollow voice that sounded painful like her own. Pinkie turned again and rarity was strung up in her path.

“Why darling?” she asked in that pain ridden voice. The hole where her horn was dripped blood onto her face. The piece of fabric still embedded into her neck was stained with it. She didn’t even turn to run just her head to see applejack hanging to her right her torn throat made whatever words she spoke into a garbled nonsense, and with every attempted word more blood spilled for her slashed throat. But one word she managed to say

“WHY?”

Tears streamed from pinkie’s face and fell to the ground as twilight’s body came down to completely surround her. As the body bounced on invisible strings charred flesh fell to the ground and one eye hung from its socket. All of but half of the body was burned beyond recognition part of the flesh were burned so bad that blackened bone showed. Her teeth showed through a hole in the side of her mouth. She said nothing just screamed as if the pain of being burned alive was still forever being repeated through her mind and body. Pinkie fell to the ground and covered her head with her hooves.
She looked at the sound of hoof steps and watched the other pinkie walk up to her casually she fixed her broken neck with a crack and smiled at pinkie…. She walked over to twilight’s hanging body and traced her jaw line, causing the screaming mare to stop in her lament.

“Why’d you do this to your friends pinkie… don’t you know it’s not nice,” she said in pinkie’s own bubble voice.
Pinkie woke up screaming and crying, she brought her hooves to her head and covered her eyes and cried for the rest of the night. Till the morning ray’s of Celestia’s sun shone through her curtains
