Luna goes slightly psychoish, and manages to use a spell on her sister that drastically changes her appearance (see title). Then Twilight decides to tell the Princess she's going to teleport into the castle the very next day, and all hope seems lost. But a brony-loved, pony-shunned background pony soon comes in with an unlikely solution… (NOTE: I didn't add the tag of the pony who shall save Celestia from a case of the destroyed reputation - read to find out!)
