Nights like this

Chapter One

The Colt looked out of the window and saw her still unconscious. He sighed and shook his head.

''Some ponies defenitly shouldn't drink much cider'', he said to himself while he dragged the unicorn inside his bar. Inside he put her on one of the benches and tried to wake her up. First he just poked her in the side and shook her gently. Since she showed no reaction he started to speak with her.

''Miss?''he shooked her once again.''Miss Twilight'' he said this time louder but she still just lay on the bench without any signs of reaction. Finally he just grabbed a bucket which was behind his counter, filled it with water and poured the water over the lavender unicorn.

''AAAHHH......what in the hey.......!?'' she cried out and jumped up straight after the cold stream of water woke her from her deep sleep. The colt chuckled quietly as he offered he a towel with a wink of his hoof. She took it and dried her face until she could  saw without water in her eyes. Then she realized that she was in the house of a foreign stallion and tried to use her magic just to got a strong

headache immediately. He noticed her attempt and chuckled.

''Easy there. I wouldn't try to use my magic in the next few hours beside you want to lose your awareness''

''Where am I? Who are you? And why the hay im here?'' the lavender unicorn asked.

He looked at her and sighted.''No idea what happned last night Miss Twilight?''

''You know my name?''

''Of course I do after that show you and your friends have played here. But where are my manners.

I am Golden Booze and you are inside the Watering Hole the best bar here in ponyville. You were asleep since last night and I though it would be good to wake you up before some ponies see our librarian deep asleep in front of an bar on the open street'' he explained  the still confused unicorn.

''I think I should thank you for that Sir. What would my friend think of me when Im lie asleep infront of a bar'' she said while she blushed a bit. He laughed and replied '' Oh. Don't worry about your friend I think they have their own problems right now. Especially the farmer and the rainbow pegasus. What I would give if I could see their faces right now'' he said with a smile.

''My friends? Why would they have problems right now?''

''Well they all drank much more than you last night. You where out since the 6 round. I think it ended with 12 or 13.''

''Round? What round? In a race or something like that?''

''Miss Twilight. You are in a bar where we serve cider and booze. What round could it be?''

''You mean....I was a part of an drinking contest?''

''A part? Miss Twilight it was your idea in the first place. You suggested it together with the fashion designer.''

''Rarity too? Im so confused right now. Could I get something to drink? My throat kills me right now.'' she asked while she tried to organized the informations. Golden Booze nodded and filled a glass with some water. Twilight took the glass and drank the whole glass in one draft. He couldn't stand it and began to chukle one more time.''What so funny'', the unciron asked.'' It's just like last night. The whole glass in one draft.'' He chuckled once more and looked into the confused face of the lavender mare.'' OK . Two things. First please stop laughing about me. It's not fair to laugh about a confused pony just after it woke up with the hardest headache in equestria.''

''Deal '', he said, still smiling.'' And number two. I can't remember one thing of last night so I will ask right away.'' She sighed and shook her head. Then she asked, with a face that would make everypony bust out in laughter.

''What the buck happened last night?''

That was too much for him. He burst out of laughter and fell onto his back, still laughting like mad.

Twilight just covered her ears in reactions of the sudenly loud sound and let out a little cry.

''Hey! Why are you laughing? I said it one time before it's not funny too laugh about confused ponies!'',she hissed at the now calm but still grinning barcolt. He just stood up , walked over to the counter, took out a glass of cider and drank it. Twilight looked at him and commented '' Really this early?'' He emptied the glass and answered '' If you have to deal with a completly hilarious, first time hungover unicorn who knows nothing about the aftereffectes of a wild party night, what would you do to suppress another burst out of laughter? The only thing I couls think of was a good 'ol glass of cider''.''You have a serious problem you know?'' Twilight said with an annoyed face.'' Miss Twilight did you just insulted me?'', he answered beaming.''I just...you know forget it. I think I will go home and try to meet with my friends. Maybe they know what happened last night.''

''One last thing'' Twilight said as she walked, a little bit wavering, to the door.'' Your bar is really a mess. I think you should clean up.''

''Oh I will Miss Twilight even if one of the creators of this mess is just about to leave this place.''

''I...ah....sorry but...'' The barcolt looked at Twilight and let out a sigh.'' It's ok. You can leave and organize your mind.''

Golden Booze heared a quiet ''Thank you'' as the blushing mare leaved his bar. He looked at the watch. 1:30 pm. He sighed and began to clean his bar for the costumers who would come tonight.

As he cleaned up one of the tables he thought to himself '' Jep some ponies really shouldnt drink much cider. The third time this week I need too order new tables.''
