Apocalypse in Equestria

Pinkie Pie's father had called her to his lab to give her an experimental substance to look after while he was off on business in Canterlot. When Pinkie arrived her father greeted her with a hug and then gave her the substance with time in mind he was running extremely late for the train to Canterlot.

So Pinkie left her father's lab with the substance vile and went to sugar cube corner to begin her shift. When she arrived she but the vile on a shelf where she thought it would be safe. She then began to make a batch of cupcakes.

She was nearly done making the cupcake batter when the pegasus Roid Rage entered the establishment. Now Roid Rage's footsteps were strong enough to knock the substance vile from the shelf top down into Pinkie's cupcake batter however she didn't realize it at the time so she just kept on mixing the batter. Sometime later she finished baking the cupcakes and she noticed the had an strange green glow to them.
