Cherry Berry sulks over her breakfast outside Sugarcube Corner, visibly distraught. As Pinkie views it as simply criminal to allow a pony to be unhappy on the grounds of her working establishment, she see's it as her duty to cheer her up. Upon finding out what's troubling Cherry, Pinkie makes a suggestion that, while odd, may be the solution to her problems.
