In the life of a therapist, I have to deal with many ponies with many stories to tell that that lead to their distresses. I have met hundreds who came crying to me for help, and indeed I did cure their problems. But one particular pony I found needed help more than anypony. One who was teased, beaten, and abused, just to be let down once she thought she was on top. Even if she seemed to ignore all who wanted to help her, she almost never ignored me.
