Silen Step is a unicorn whose incredible instinct has made him a prominent assassin. Unlike others of his profession though, he tries to distance himself from his targets as much as possible to avoid hurting himself, as his occupation is not one of choice but rather of necessity. When he is hired to kill Twilight Sparkle though, he learns too much, and knows that he must make a choice between failure and despair. His whole life will change either way, but will he be able to adapt? Will he be able to abandon his primal instinct, or will his only tool of survival lead to his demise?
