Predator: Equestria

Chrysalis raised her horn up to get ready for the final strike but suddenly a tremendous BOOM filled the cavern and Chrysalis was torn off of Twilight’s body. Twilight gasped and looked to the entrance of the cave where Spike stood with a smoking S&W 500 magnum in his hands. He quickly rushed to Twilight’s side, “ohh man Twi are you okay?” Spike gasped and Twilight staggered up.

Looking to Spike with a shocked look she asked “Spike! How’d you get here?”. “Oh well Rainbow Dash was rescued by a chopper but when she returned she told Celestia what happened and I just happened to be there so I volunteered to come and rescue you… now come on we have a chopper to get” he began to explain but suddenly his body was torn away from Twilight’s side as a blast of energy struck him. “SPIKE!” Twilight screamed and looked to Chrysalis who smiled insanely.

Suddenly the cavern was filled with the noise of a whirring sound and second later Chrysalis was struck by a barrage of 7.62mm rounds. Chrysalis activated a shield spell to protect her body from further trauma and staggered out of the cave. Rainbow Dash rushed up and helped Twilight to her feet. “Rainbow Dash… what… how are you here?” Twilight asked and Rainbow Dash shrugged. “Takes more than a few busted ribs to keep me down” she replied and spat some chewing tobacco spit out of her mouth and leveled the massive Gatling gun at the cave exit that Chrysalis had used to escape.

Spike rushed to their side, he hadn’t been injured severely and his arm only had a flesh wound. “Spike you destroy the hive, Twi… we got some unfinished business with Chrysalis” Rainbow Dash said with a nod and Twilight looked to Spike. “Spike… do you think you can handle the cave?” Twilight asked and Spike nodded and pulled out a bag filled with C4, “Yeah… Celestia said this would come in handy” Spike said and rushed off to begin planting the C4.

Twilight and Rainbow Dash rushed out from the cave, following the green blood trail from Chrysalis. “I can’t believe you came back” Twilight said and Rainbow Dash shrugged “Yeah well… Celestia fixed my ribs before I left so I’m good now” Rainbow Dash informed Twilight.

Chrysalis lept from on top of the cave entrance and tackled Twilight to the ground and the duo rolled down the hill, Rainbow Dash tried to get a fix on Chrysalis but she couldn’t risk hitting Twilight. Dash cursed to herself and chased after the duo.

Twilight punched Chrysalis in the face and kicked her body off her own. Twilight used a teleportation spell to appear behind Chrysalis and slammed her knee into Chrysalis’ back as she flew backwards. Twilight’s knee stopped Chrysalis nearly instantly and Chrysalis groaned in pain. Twilight brought her elbow down aggressively into Chrysalis’ throat.

Chrysalis gagged but managed to punch Twilight in the face and knock her back, Twilight staggered back but caught her footing and readied herself. Just as she finally got her footing Twilight reached for her Desert Eagle but Chrysalis flew through the air and kicked the pistol from Twilight’s hooves and the gun was knocked out of her grip.

Chrysalis kicked Twilight in the stomach and she staggered back as Chrysalis kicked her in the face and knocked Twilight to the ground. Twilight rolled to the side as Chrysalis stabbed at her with her jagged horn.

Twilight stood to her hooves and staggered backwards. Blood was running down her forehead from the kick to the head she had received and was partially dazed. Twilight looked intensely at Chrysalis and her upper lip lifted as she gave a disgusted look to Chrysalis. “You are one ugly mother fucker” Twilight quoted and Chrysalis charged at Twilight.

Twilight lept to the side, and crawled along the ground frantically as Chrysalis chased her. Twilight ran down an embankment and her pain killing spell wore off. She collapsed to the ground and managed to crawl down into a slight crevice. Chrysalis appeared and began to climb down the crevice. Twilight had placed a swing trap that would activate as soon as Chrysalis stepped on a pressure rock that would set of the trap and a bunch of spears would come down and impale Chrysalis.

“Come on… kill me… come on kill me I’m here kill me, come on” Twilight bellowed but Chrysalis gave her a suspicious look, she was asking for death yet just a second ago she was fighting violently. Chrysalis was about to step forward when she suddenly spotted the spear tips and examined them thoroughly. Realizing it was a trap, Chrysalis lept up and flew towards the other side of the crevice.

Twilight looked to the queen as she closed in for the kill, “Oh shit” Twilight muttered but suddenly a thunderous buzzing sounded off and Chrysalis was ripped up by a volley of bullets. Chrysalis fell back over the other side of the crevice.

Twilight managed to stagger out of the crevice to see her Pegasus friend with her smoking Gatling gun. Rainbow Dash turned her face to one side and spit out a glob of chewing tobacco, “looks like I saved the day” Rainbow Dash chuckled.

The caverns where the hive was erupted as Spike set off the C4, Chrysalis got up and let out an ear piercing shriek. “MY HIVE” She shrieked and Rainbow Dash started the spin cycle on the Gatling but Chrysalis was too fast and maneuvered around past Rainbow Dash’s line of fire and struck her from the side.

Twilight tackled Chrysalis to the ground but was easily over powered by the changeling queen and she kicked Twilight off her body. Twilight slammed into a tree and Chrysalis once again made for a killing impalement with her jagged horn. Suddenly a burst of bullets took Chrysalis by surprise and knocked her body off course. Chrysalis turned to Rainbow Dash and snarled as Dash sprayed her again with her Gatling gun.

Chrysalis threw up a magical shield and stopped any further rounds from devastating her body further. “RD” Twilight called out and Rainbow Dash nodded and stopped firing the massive machinegun.

Chrysalis gave Dash a curious look and didn’t see Twilight charge her from the side. Mustering all her remaining strength, Twilight plowed into Chrysalis’ side and drove her bowie knife into Chrysalis who screeched in pain and staggered back. Twilight gasped and using her last bit of energy blasted a rope by the tree and a counter weight fell from the tree and landed on Chrysalis.

Breathing heavily Twilight walked over to Chrysalis who was coughing up green blood. Rainbow Dash soon joined them, “What the hell are you?” Twilight asked in a blunt voice. Chrysalis’ horn began to emit a bright light and she laughed “What the hell are…you?” Chrysalis asked back mockingly and began to let out a hysterical laugh. “Oh shit… run” Twilight ordered and Twilight and Rainbow Dash begun to run away from Chrysalis’ body.

Suddenly crackles of electricity began emitting from Chrysalis’ body and energy began to become unstable and erupt into flares of fire. Rainbow Dash and Twilight rushed past Spike who was grabbed by Rainbow Dash and threw him onto her back as they continued to run. Chrysalis’ body erupted in a huge cataclysmic eruption and Twilight and Rainbow Dash lept over the side of fallen tree and took cover, which somehow shielded their bodies while the eruption destroyed the entire landscape around them.

A helicopter in the distance began to shake and Celestia looked to the pilot, “Keep it steady” she ordered and the pilot tried to even out the aircraft as they flew closer. The entire landscape had been devastated and it was unlikely anything was alive. “Sweet Jesus” Celestia muttered as the helicopter got closer to the devastated landscape. “There” Celestia said and pointed to a group of three figures.

Twilight had a blunt expression on her soot covered face. Rainbow Dash had a slight smile “We did it… I can’t believe it but we fucking did it” Rainbow Dash whispered as the helicopter landed. Spike hopped in the helicopter and helped Rainbow Dash inside and looked to Twilight. “Hey Twi… come on” Spike called out and Twilight gave one final look to her old friends final resting place then boarded the chopper and sat down.

She leaned her head back and let out a sigh, Celestia looked back to Twilight and gave her a solemn nod but Twilight simply sat with an expressionless face as she watched the beautiful forest below the chopper and remembered all the fun times she had had with her friends.

The chopper departed out towards the horizon, towards Canterlot, as the sun rises for the morning.
