For Dark Star, a break from combat is what he needs after the last part of his life, which was spent in nothing but combat. But when a new threat from his past rises up, Dark Star must leap into action once again.
Long ago, he defeated his father and saved Equestria. Now, Dark Star is a blacksmith in Canterlot Castle. And he couldn't be happier with his new life. But unbeknownst to him, one of his father's servants is fuming in anger, and rises as a new threat. Dark Star does not want to, but he is forced to spring into action to stop the threat that this pony poses to Equestria's safety. But Dark Star is not as powerful as he once was. Can he save Equestria a second time around?
