Why Does Everypony Hate Me

How far would you go to save someone you loved? Would you jump off a cliff and grab her by the hoof or hug her and flip yourself so that she is above you and your body takes the damage? Would you save her from a mad pony who kills for no reason? Would you save her if a building was burning to the ground? How far would you go to save the one you loved?!

A  black storm cloud had appeared over Ponyville. It had began to rain hard, pouring down and covering the streets of Ponyville. I am on my way to the Carousel Boutique to get Rarity to the Golden Oaks Library. Twilight told me to do this task because Rainbow or Fluttershy wouldn't be able to fly, Applejack had to comfort her little sister Apple Bloom, Big Mac, and Granny Smith. Pinkie was to busy making sweets and setting up a party because she was being herself and trying to cheer everypony up. Twilight stood behind trying her best to calm and comfort everypony.

Rarity hold on. I will be there in a few minutes. The reason Twilight gave me this task is not because I was in love with Rarity and wanted to confess my love to her, but because Twilight said 'she was acting weird today.' While I was helping Lyra and Bon-Bon.

I made it to the door of Carousel Boutique, I was panting because I had been running. I then compose myself as I knocked on the door. No response from the angelic voice I know and love, so I knocked again. No response again but then I heard something inside.

Crash!

I panicked and I broke down the door. As I entered the Carousel Boutique I noticed something was off, the whole store was completely dark. All I could see was blackness and nothing else. I started to walk around the black out store, until I bumped into something. I quickly began looking for a light switch, until I heard a loud noise echo through out the store.

Thump!

I felt something on a wall, I turned it up and the whole store lit up with light from ceiling lamp. I looked around the store, and found a piece of paper set neatly on the dining table, where Rarity and I had lunch while I was being her assistant for the day. I quickly ran to the table and picked up the paper and saw what was written on it.

Dear Spikey-Wikey,

I'm sorry that I didn't say good-bye to you. I hope Twilight did though. Anyway, I wanted to thank-you for helping me before it had come to this. We both have been on many crazy adventures together, and we had a lot of fun. I hope you have a good life ahead of you and wish you the best of luck. There is something I wanted to tell you, but by the time you finish this letter I already will be gone from this world. What I wanted to tell you is that I love you Spike.

Rarity

P.S, Don't come into my bedroom.

Rarity. I thought to myself as I crumpled the note, and I ran up the stairs. As I was running up the stairs, I noticed little red droplets leading me to Rarity's room. As soon as I made it to the top of the stairs, I kept following the red droplets. The droplets ended at Rarity's bedroom door, I took a deep breath in and knocked gently on the door. The door creaked open slightly, I began to worry so I entered the room, and to my surprise and shock I saw Rarity on her bedroom floor, using her magic to levitate a knife. The knife was angled to her chest, as she had her eyes closed.

I screamed, "Rarity!" She opened one of her eyes and saw me.

She said, "Spikey-Wikey, I'm sorry. I love you." The knife was getting closer to her chest as she closed her eye one more time.

"NO!" I screamed, as I ran to her.

Just as she was about to plunge the knife in her, I slapped the knife away from her magic grip and hugged the white unicorn, the love of my life tightly. Tears were escaping through the corners of my eyes as I held her close to my chest. I couldn't feel something hitting me as they were trying to escape my tight hug. I looked down and sure enough Rarity was hitting me with her hooves. She soon stopped hitting me and began to cry in my chest. I sighed and smiled at the white unicorn.

I'm glad I got here in time. Rarity looked up at me with anger in her eyes as she asked, Why did you save me from my graceful death?!"

I never seen her this way before but I replied, "Because I love you Rarity."

It began to rain hard outside the boutique as I held Rarity close to me.
