Lightning Cloud has just moved out of his parents house and decides to settle down in Ponyville where he meets The Elements of Harmony and makes great friends with most of the town. But when a terrorist act happens he is the main suspect. He has particulary took interest to Rainbow Dash and they will forge a relationship that will last forever. He must prove to Ponyville that he isn't the convict and in fact it might be someone closer then he so thought.
