It was a very cold morning when I awoke. As I looked around my room, everything was packed away, I knew this would be my last day in Canterlot.
I went downstairs from my room to find my mother standing there, smiling, but in tears. I ran over to her and gave her a hug and said "Don't worry mom, I'll visit and send a lot of letters." I then smiled and almost started tearing up myself, but didn't.
She said "I remember when you were just a filly," still in tears. I said, "I'm going to go say my goodbyes.", then walked out the door.
I've always loved Canterlot, mostly because I have never been anywhere else. I stepped outside to see my carriage packed with all my things, which wasn't much considering I wanted to travel lightly. I said goodbye to most of the people in the city, as I was renowned for being the fastest flyer in Canterlot.
I flew back home and opened the front door to find my mother taking a nap on the couch. I didn't want to remind her of my leaving, so I left a note saying that I love her and that I will write to her soon. A tear dropped from my eye, I thought about my father who had died in the Griffin Wars. I remember the deep depression I fell into about him being taken from me. But I shook my head and said, "Nope, no depression for Lightning Cloud today!". My hired carriage was ready to leave, and I couldn’t waste time dwelling in the past.
I still don't know why I picked Ponyville. Maybe it was because I heard it was one of Wonberbolt’s favorite places to train, as there is a lot of room to practice various tricks. I smiled as we rode off, and I felt a sense of freedom, like I could finally experience life and live how I wanted to. I took one last look at Canterlot and muttered under my breath, "Goodbye home, maybe we will cross paths again one day." As I smiled and looked forward to the horizon, I knew that the world had something in store for me, for better or for worse.
I had finally arrived at Ponyville, and it looked like a great place to practice my flying skills. It looked like a lively town, and it seemed as though the day was in full swing. I started walking through the busy streets.
"Hi!" I jumped from the sudden scare and turned around to find a pink pony staring me straight in the face.
“Umm...Hi?" I said, still startled. "Are you new around here?" She said while smiling with the biggest grin I have seen in a long time. "Yeah ,actually, I am" I said with a smile.
She suddenly began to jump up and down. "My name is Pinkie Pie and I just love to make cupcakes and making people smile but sometimes cupcakes taste bad and I don't like them and som-,".
I began to lose track of what she was saying, and had to interrupt. "Nice to meet you Pinkie, I'm Lightning Cloud. Can you show me around? I'm kinda lost."
"OK!" Pinkie said in a upbeat voice. "Well we could start by going to Sugarcube Corner!" I guessed that's where restaurants and food were. “I work and live there!” We walked about 20 more minutes and she showed me the rest of the town. I then found my new house which was right next to the Ponyville Library. I started unpacking my things, I hoped my Father would be proud of me. I knew that I would do something great to prove to him that I can make Equestria a better place. Right as I was thinking about that, I suddenly heard a loud crash and the sound of glass breaking. I looked over to see a cyan colored pony with Magenta eyes who had glass shards stuck in her and was groaning. “By Celestia are you ok!?” I ran over to her and shook her a little. She was still groaning with about 6 glass shards in her back and chest.
I decided to carry her to my bed, and then I got my medical supplies.
I then fucked her til the glass shards fell out.
The End.
