The Adventures Of Red Blaze And Lightning Dasher

  "Hey, mind showing me where the library is?" Lightning asks, in need of a good book.

  "Oh, sure, I need to get out and buy some food anyways, considering you ate most of what I did have..." Red says, displeased.

  "When are you going to get over it, I mean, I did pay you back, and I'm even paying most of the rent!" Lightning shouts.

  "Woah, calm down, I was just kidding, now come on, I'll show you to the library." Red says.

  "So, what made you come to Ponyville, anyways?" Red asks.

  "I just got tired of big city li..." Lightning gets cut off by a tackle.

  "So, you're new here!" Asks the pink pony now lying on top of lightning.

  "Oh, come on! Not again!" Lightning shouts, it being his second time being tackled to the ground.

  "Sorry for my friend's rudeness, Pinkie... Yes, he is new here." Says Red.

  "Oh, I love meeting new ponies, and trying to figure out their names, and meeting all of their friends, and then making friends with their friends, and then..." Pinkie pie is interupted by Red's hoof

  "Lightning, this is Pinkie Pie, Pinkie Pie, this is Lightning Dasher..." Red says, knowing that this meeting would happen.

  "Nice to meet you, Pinkie Pie, now could you, ummm... Get off of me?" Lightning asks.

  "Sure!" Pinkie says while jumping off of Lightning.

  "So, where are you headed?" Pinkie asks, needing to know everything.

  "He's headed to the library, and I'm going shopping, because he ate most of my food..." Red says, bringing it back up.

  "The library! One of my bestest pony friends works there! I'll go put in a good word for you!" Pinkie says, bouncing her way towards the library.

  "Uh, thanks..." says Lightning, not sure if Pinkie could hear him.

  "That would have been ten times worse if we weren't friends." Red says.

  "Oh, well, thanks then." Lightning says.

  "Hello. My name is Lightning Dasher, is this the library?" Lightning asks.

  "No, I just brought you to the wrong place..." Red thinks to himself.

  "Hello, I'm Twilight Sparkle. Pinkie has told me alot about you." Twilight says.

  "How could she? We only just met..." Lightning asks.

  "Pinkie has alot to talk about anyone... Even the people she doesn't know yet." Twilight says.

  "Feel free to check out any book in the library." Twilight offers.

  "Thanks."

  "So where are we headed now?" Lightning asks.

  "Since most of the stalls are closed, I guess we should go to Sweet Apple Acres." Red says.

  "What makes you think they're open?" Lightning asks.

  "I know the owner, and I also know the are open all hours of the day." Red says.

  "Hey, Applejack!" Red shouts to an orange mare.

  "Howdy pardner, whatd'a need?" asks Applejack.

  "I'm just here to buy some apples." Red says.

  "Sure thing. If ya don't mind mah askin, who's your friend?" Applejack says while pointing at Lightning.

  "I'm Lightning Dasher, and you must be beauti... Applejack! You must be Applejack..." Lightning says in a nervous tone.

  "Well, here ya go." Applejack says while handing Red a bag of apples.

  "That'll be 20 bits."

  "Here you go, and thanks for the apples!" Red says while handing Applejack the bits.

  "You didn't tell me such a stunning mare lived here!"  Lightning shouts at Red.

  "You never asked..." Red says.

  "Well... I..."

  "Checkmate, and now I'm off to bed, see ya tomarrow." Red says as he closes his bedroom door.

  "Hmmm... I have to go see that mare again." Lightning thinks to himself as he walks into his bedroom.
