Sleep was nice, sleep was good. I enjoyed the rest that I was getting. My tired body, my withered bones felt rejuvenated. My aching body was still in pain, but at a noticeably reduced rate. But still, even after the situation I've endured , I can safely say that I enjoyed it. I'm over the fact that I'm a pony, over the fact I'm pretty much dead as a human. Over the fact I'm in Equestria, over every single thing.
I was awake again, and like before, I kept my eyes closed. I was listening for the conversations held by the ponies, all the surrounding sounds, anything my ears could pick up. But this time I could not pick up a single sound. It seemed lifeless. I wanted to desperately open my eyes and see my surroundings. I wanted to actually analyze where I was, who was around me, and anything that could be useful. But I restrained.
But then, a door creaked, and a couple different sounding hooves trotted in, one behind the other. From what I could hear, there was four, but I could faintly hear a 5th. Then the door creaked again, and the steps dropped from my detection. Should I open my eyes now, or just let them do whatever they wanted. I decided to keep them shut, but I could not keep myself from nodding off. Sleep mode active I thought.
Sleep more, sleep all day. That's what I felt like doing, correction, that's what my body felt. I truly wanted to wake up and socialize with the other ponies I didn't want to be a weird outcast to the ponies, but as of now, that's what I was. I wanted to just be known morally as a good pony. Because on earth, I was a nice person. A lot of people liked to be around me, and for good reason. Oh god, I sound like an egotistic, a narcissist. I wasn't in actuality, but in my mind, I sounded like a self indulged asshole. I hope that's what the don't think of me.
Finally I awoke and open my eyes. I didn't want to be rude and keep them waiting all day, but who can blame me. I was fucking tired! I looked around and saw the mane six but joined them was the princesses Celestia and Luna along with their guards. There was another pony with them but I wast even sure who she was. She was hidden behind the princesses so I couldn't even really tell who she was.
Suddenly that pony stepped forward to me and started to look at my wounds and check me out.
"Oh forgive me, I didn't introduce myself, I'm nurse Redheart, and I'm here to look at your condition. If yo don't mind me asking, what happened to you?" The nurse questioned.
"Ummm well uhh, hmmm." I stuttered. I couldn't get any word out of my stammering mouth, i was nervous as hell.
"Sorry to interrupt, but can I get everybody out expect for the princesses and her assistant." Said the nurse. She glared at the ponies, and they slowly dispersed, along with the royal guards. The door quickly shut behind them, and it was just us left.
"My apologies, I should have asked them to leave when I got here. Anyways, you were saying?" Said the nurse. She continued to check my body, while talking. "Again sorry, I didn't introduce them. Ill let them introduce themselves."
God damn, could I ever get a word out when she was around?
The white alicorn stepped up and spoke. "Hello, I'm princess Celestia, and this is my sister."
The blue alicorn took up the conversation. "I'm princess Luna." With that she looked at me. Holy hell, she was beautiful.
They both waited for a response but I tensed up.
"Umm I'm Oceanwave, I'm not to sure exactly what happened, I just remember running and collapsing and them she found and helped me." I said pointing at Twilight.
Even as I was talking, the nurse was evaluating me. She really didnt have any boundaries, because she just flipped me over and did what she pleased.
The princesses looked at each other, giggled, and looked back at me. What weirdos I thought to myself.
"Cut the bullshit Hun, we know your not from around here, I can see your cutie mark for Christ sakes." Said princess Luna.
"Well okay. This is kinda crazy, but I'm a human." I said but was cut off.
"That's not crazy dear, we have seen a fair share of humans. Your not the first one here, and I'm fairly familiar with earth myself." Spoke the kind hearted princess Celestia. "Now continue with the rest of your story, and try to be honest and remember everything."
"Okay well, my name is Michael Edwards, I am 19 years old. What I recall, is that I was in a terrible car wreck, and I think I pretty much bled to death on earth. Then I remember waking up in Everfree forest. And well, I pretty much just started running and that's when I heard twilight sparkle and rarity talking so I pretty much screamed for help. The rest is pretty much obvious I guess. "
After speaking, I looked at Twilight sparkle. She looked so mystified, so confused and her mouth was gaped open.
"Don't keep your mouth open too long, bugs will fly into it." I spoke softly and chuckled. The alicorns giggled as well. Twilight snapped back up and got back into posture.
"Oh sorry, I'm just so lost, what is a car. What is earth. Gah, I'm just so confused." Twilight chimed.

"Don't worry my dear student. Ill explain everything some other time, as for now, we have to worry about our friend Michael." She spoke looking back to me. "What is his condition looking like nurse?"
"Good, he looks somewhat healthy, he just will need to be kept on watch for a while, and given some medication for his pain. Other than that, he should be fine." The nurse calmly stated.
"Okay, in that case, ill take him back to Canterlot with me and Luna. Can you get up alright, Michael? She questioned.
"Yeah I think so, let me try."
I adjusted and angled my body to land on my hooves. As I slipped out of the comfortable bed, I immediately landed on all fours. Now to remember how to walk. Great. I moved my front right hooves first, then the back one. Then back to the front. As I thought I got it perfect I got a little cocky. I quickened my pace then splat! Face plant.
I looked up, my cheeks brighter than roses, and tried to get up.
"Here let me help you dear." Princess Celestia said while using magic to put me back on my hooves. "Are you okay? Do you need any more help" she asked.
"No, I think I got it, thank you for asking though." I said with an embarrassed smile.
She blushed a little as she opened the door. Luna turned around and gestured me to go first.
"Thank you" I said giving her a smile. "Hopefully I don't fall again." I teased. She giggled and followed right behind me.
