Welcome to Gender Swapped Equestria

I was awoken to blurry vision and a "beeping" noise coming from the right. Well this is just great. I landed in the hospital. I try to fix my blurry vision by rubbing my eyes. Also met with another trial and error because my right arm was in serious pain. So I improvised by using my left arm. Why didn't I use my left arm first, I am left handed. I fixed my vision not really that well though. Just enough to see my surroundings also to see a stallion to my right checking off his clipboard. Wait! Back it up a stallion, how in hell is there a stallion in my room.

The stallion realizes that I woke up and says to me. "Well well well guess who's awake Mr. Sleepyhead."

"Where in hell am I? Also how are you talking?" I respond with a stupid look on my face.

"So the purple stallion and baby dragon were right you can talk." The stallion responded looking at me like I was a monster or something.

"Of course I am able to speak I am a human after all. The one thing I don't get is why you are able to talk." I respond with my now wide awake brain.

"So you are what a human is weird. Also of course I can talk I am an Equestrian." The stallion said with a straight face. "Let me introduce myself I am Dr. Redheart."

"Wait did you just say you were Equestrian?" Questioning what I already heard.

"Yes, I am an Equestrian." The doctor said repeating his statement.

Well only one place has Equestrians in it and that is the land of My Little Pony. So my best guess is that I am dead. Or still in a coma. So I have one of two options. Freak out or Stay calm. I decided to stay calm because freaking out in my state would be very uncomfortable, because my right arm and leg hurt like hell.

"Well Doc tell me the truth am I dead and this is my heaven? Or dare I say it hell?" I said grabbing him by his lab coat with my left arm.

"Well telling that you are awake you are most certainly not dead. Also this is not heaven or hell you are in Equestria." The Doctor said rolling his tongue on the last syllable.

When the Doctor ended his sentence a purple unicorn stallion walked through the door and said to the doctor. "Hello Dr. Redheart how is the patient today. Has he finally woken up after about a month?"

"Dusk the last million times you asked was no. This time it is actually yes." The Doctor said in a joking tone.

"Really? let me see it." The pony referred to as Dusk said.

"I am not an it. I am a male." I said insulted by the comment.

You know close up that stallion looks exactly like Twilight if she was male. Now that I think about it if Twilight was male she would look exactly like this unicorn.

"Hello my name is Dusk Shine human-" Dusk Shine said but was interrupted by me.

"I have a name, it is Zander." I said a little rudely.

"Hello "Zander" my name is Dusk Shine, protege of Lord Solaris, Element of Magic from the Elements of Harmony." Dusk said with a little force in his voice.

Wow back it up again this guy can't be the element of magic out of the Elements of Harmony that is Twilight, not this wanna be.

"Wait a second Element of Magic from Elements of Harmony. Only Twilight Sparkle holds that title." I said realizing what I just said would sound weird coming from a human that is supposedly not suppose to know anything about this world.

"Who is this Twilight Sparkle you speak of? Because I am the only Element of Magic." He said with a look of a million questions on his face.

"You know what forget what I said. Back to the doctor I want to hear my condition." Look of worry on my face.

"Well first off if you had any wings or a horn then they are now gone." The Doctor said wondering if I did have wings and/or horn.

"No I don't Doctor tell me the damages I have endured." I said a little frustrated with him not giving me a injury report.

"Okay well your right foreleg and right hindleg were broken." The Doctor said. "You have a few cracked ribs and your appendix exploded."

"Holy crap all that." I said disgruntled. "Also they aren't forelegs and hindlegs, it's just arms and legs."

The doctor floated a pen to a clipboard he was holding and scribbles down what I had told him. "Yes, but you have been in a coma for a month so you have had a lot of time to heal and recover, but you still need a week or so to be able to walk properly." The Doctor said staring at my now nearly dislocated jaw.

"A month?" I said in disbelief

"Yes thirty-one days to be exact." The doctor said still staring at me with a straight face.

"Well I have been visiting every other day waiting for you to wake up and yea this seems to be about my fifteenth visit." Dusk Shine said agreeing to the Doctor's statement.

"Wait why would you visit me? We have not even met before you found me and took me the hospital." I said looking at Dusk Shine.

"Well the reason why I visited is because Lord Solaris told me to tell him when your awake, and you crashed through my library when you got here through the portal I made linking two random worlds together, and that second world just happened to be yours." Dusk Shine said with ease in his tone.

The second time my jaw had almost dislocated of my head that day was from that comment. Also to add to that I blacked out once again only to be met with to people trying to shake me out of this stress induced blackout. Lets hope that it doesn't last another month.
