Welcome to Gender Swapped Equestria

Luckily, I only was out for about an hour. I happened to have awoken when another stallion walked into the room. One was a pink stallion that had a, what I described as, bubbly mane and tail. Also the color of his coat was a lighter shade of pink then his mane and tail. Three balloons were adorning his flank two yellow and one blue.

Is everyone in this whole goddamn world gender swapped or is this the real Equestria. I had thought to myself while the three stallions stared at me.

"Good you're awake again." Doctor Redheart said when he saw my eyes open. "I was worrying that we lost you again."

"God forbid that happens again right." I responded with a roll of my eyes.

"And who is this 'God' you speak of?" Dusk Shine asked in a questionable manner.

Oh that's right you don't know who God is because this is Equestria not earth. "Celestia to you is God to me." I said looking at Dusk Shine.

"Who is Celestia." Dusk Shine said with a puzzled look on his face.

Oh also I forgot to mention to myself I am in gender swapped Equestria. "I meant Lord Solaris sorry." I said scratching the back of my head

"Ooooh." every stallion in the room said.

The pink stallion ran to the bed next to me and said, "Hi my names Bubble Berry. Who are you?"

"Hello Bubble Berry-." I said before being cut off.

"You can call me Berry all my friends do." He said with a smile on his face.

"Hello Berry my name is Zander." I said. Saying that made him almost explode with excitement. Pinkie wasn't my favorite in the real show, not a biased opinion, but she always brought a smile to my face. Also seeing her as a stallion now made me stifle a laugh.

:"So does that mean we are friends?" Bubble Berry said clearly with a question in mind

"Yes it does Berry." I said. This made him do a hoof pump in the air and said 'yes' while doing it.

"Well, when are you going to get out of the hospital?" Berry said with a sad look on his face. "I haven't thrown you your 'Welcome to Ponyville' party yet."

"First, Berry I can't for another-" I said not knowing how long before I could do that. "Hey doc how long before I can get out of the hospital?"

"Well since your awake right now. I would say you could leave right now if you really wanted." The doctor said responding to my question.

"Well I take back what I said Berry. I guess we can have that party...later." I said with a serious face looking at Berry.

"Why later and not now?" He said again with a sadder face then before.

That face is going to get me a new heart. I am already in serious chest pain. Stop looking at it, it is killing me. "Because Berry I am just getting out of the hospital, and not up for partying with my leg and arm still in casts." I said looking away from Berry's sad face worrying of a heart attack.

"Fine, but we will have party sometime this week for you." Berry said

"Deal." I said shaking his hoof sealing the promise in a hoof/handshake.

"Okay doctor sign my release papers and please get me something to help me walk properly." I said. When I said that his horn started to glow and he floated a walking stick over to me. "Thank you."

"Okay you are good to go." The doctor said.

"Where is my stuff did anything make it out after my accident." I said with a worried look.

"Don't worry most of your stuff made it." The doctor said.

"What? Well can you tell me what didn't make it." I said even more worried now.

"Well we didn't know how to get your shirt off. So we kinda had to cut it off to check for injuries." The doctor said pointing over to my shirt that was torn to shreds. "But everything else I think is fine."

"What do you mean by you think everything else is fine?" I said squinting my eye at him.

"Well if this machine you were carrying in your pocket looks like this, then yes everything is fine." The doctor said holding my phone in his magical aurora. Thankfully it wasn't damaged whatsoever, or at least it looked like it didn't. I then got my walking stick and went over to my phone and checked it to see if was broken. It was good, but it had a few new scratches on it. I then went over to my jacket and wallet and checked them both out. They both seemed perfectly okay and so were my pants. Thank god they didn't take off my boxers. I am not saying that I am not proud of it, but they would thought of it as some kind of monster and try to cut it off or something.

"Well thank you for protecting my stuff." I said.

"No problem at all." The doctor said back to me.

"Well now that I am able to leave the hospital where will I be staying." I said looking at Dusk Shine.

"Well you will probably stay with Butterscotch. He will help you get back on both your hooves." Dusk Shine said walking past me. "Lets get over there now it's getting kind of late right now."

"Okay then lets get going, you coming along Berry." I said looking at the seemingly quite stallion.

"I would like to very much, but I have a party to plan." Bubble Berry said running out the door.

"Well okay then lead the way Dusk Shine we don't have much time. It seems to be getting dark already." I said holding my hand out for him to lead the way.

"Okay then I guess just follow me then." Dusk said.

"That is what I intended to do." I said limping behind Dusk Shine as he lead to Butterscotch's house.
