Welcome to Gender Swapped Equestria

Dusk Shine and I were about to leave the hospital, then I realized I forgot to get dressed. So I told him to hold a minute while I went to the bathroom. I thought I went to the bathroom though, because when I walked inside all I saw was a gaping hole in the floor. Well that explains how they use restrooms in Equestria. So I quickly got dressed, because it smelled like crap in the bathroom. Literally! We started back out the hospital and were on the streets of Ponyville.

While we were walking through Ponyville I was getting looks from everypony. I really expected them to stare I am a freaking human! The only thing that I didn't expect is surprised looks from stallions. They were only staring out of curiosity and amazement. The stares were making me feel very uncomfortable though. I hated being the center of attention it always makes me nervous. It felt like it was taking forever to walk across town, in my case it was limping across town.

When we got to what seemed like the main square, I got really hungry. "Hey Dusk can we get some food, while were here, I'm starving."

"Yeah we can get food from my friend Applejack over there." Dusk stated while pointing a hoof over to where Applejack's stand was.

I didn't expect that Applejack would have the same name in the gender swap. Hey maybe she is still a mare in this world. Once I got closer to the stall where Applejack was I noticed that he was indeed male. The way that I told that he was a male was by the facial structure. It was different from her original one in the show. Also the mane and tail being shorter was another good hint.

"Hey Applejack I was wondering if my friend, and I could get some apples." Dusk said

"Hey Dusk, no problem, what is that?" Applejack questioning to Dusk pointing to me.

"First of all I'm not 'that', or 'it' I'm a he." I started. "I'm a human, and I have a name it's Zander."

"Wait you are what a human is? I never expected them to be really... tall." Applejack responded.

Even though I was roughly five foot six inches tall, I was still a giant compared to the ponies. They were only what three feet tall? I was twice their height, but I was considered short in my high school. "Can we get some apples please I'm starving?" I pleaded to him.

"Yeah here ya go. Free of charge since your Dusk's friend." Applejack gave me two apples and I dug right in, ripping the first one to shreds. Both Dusk and Applejack looked at me in disgust. I look at both of them with quizzical expression.

"What?" That was all I could muster while tearing through the second apple. "I told you that I was hungry, and when I say I'm hungry I mean it." They just shook their head in agreement like it was no pony's business. It was kinda funny to see that.

"Well we gotta get to Butterscotch's house. I think he is the one that can get our friend here to walk normally again." Dusk claimed, but I think I could get myself to walk normally again. I don't need gender swapped Fluttershy for help.

"Okay see ya Dusk, and it was nice meet'in ya Zander." Applejack declared holding a hoof out.

"You too Applejack." I responded shaking his hoof.

Dusk and I were once again walking through Ponyville. We were walking past what looked like the Carousel Boutique, when we heard a male voice screaming. The male voice sounded like it was coming out of the sky, then the male voice screamed. "Move unless you want to get hit." I was lucky enough to react quick enough, and jumped out of the way landing on my good side. Dusk Shine wasn't as lucky though. He got hit straight through the door of the Carousel Boutique by a blur of rainbow. I got up and went over to the door that was torn through only seconds ago. I checked inside to see if Dusk and the other stallion was okay.

"Hey you guys okay." I hollered into the building.

"Yea." Dusk responded.

"I am also good." The mystery stallion also responded. "Oh, hey Dusk sorry for running into you like that." Then he looked over to me "Hey, who and what are you?" The rainbow stallion questioned.

"My name is Zander, and I am a human." I responded to the stallion.

"Holy shit your a human?" He asked with more a little more vigor.

"Yes I just told you that." I answered. "And who are you?" Retorting the question back to him.

"My name is Rainbow Blitz." Rainbow Blitz preached.

Then everyone in the room hears a voice from upstairs, also male, talking while coming down stairs. "What in Solaris's name is going on down here." The voice did not seem to be happy at all. "Oh why it's you Dusk and Blitz. It's so nice to see that you came here to break down my door?" You could hear the sarcasm dripping off his tongue. "It also seems you brought a creature with you into my store. Please get it out of here before it destroys my outfits."

"Okay the last time I am explaining today. I am not a creature, I am a human." I almost shouted out to everyone in the room.

"Oh so you can talk, well then I am sorry for my poor manners." He exclaimed to me. "My name is Elusive. What is your name?"

"Hello my name is Zander, and I am no creature I am a human." I recited for what seemed like the fifth time that day.

"A pleasure to make your acquaintance... Zander." Elusive began.

"Who's this guy anyway Dusk, I thought humans were a myth?" Blitz wondered.

"I have no idea. I am pretty sure Lord Solaris is the only one with a clue to who this guy is." Dusk inquired.

"Oh great, I can say now that I am so prestigious that a god knows me." I answered. "So are we going to Butterscotch's house, or not Dusk it's already past midday." I reminded Dusk.

"Oh right." Dusk remembered. "Wait outside I gotta talk to both Blitz and Elusive for a minute." Dusk continued.

"Alright." I responded. Then I limped over to the door only to stay right at the corner around it. This was only to try and hear what they were saying. All I could make out were a few words like 'watch out' and 'stay clear'. Well great, that just sucks how they don't trust me. I thought to myself for way to long, and realized that Dusk Shine was in front of me trying to get my attention.

"You ready Zander?" Dusk asked.

"Yeah, lets get moving before it gets dark." I added before we started on the streets for the third time today.

We were finally at the edge of the Everfree Forest, and just beyond that we see Butterscotch's cottage. We then cross the bridge that goes over the stream that leads from the Everfree. Both Dusk and I walk up to the door and Dusk knocks on the door lightly. We hear movement inside the house as we wait for the door to open. It opens and we see a light yellow pegasus stallion standing at the door. "Oh hey Dusk I wasn't expecting you today, unless I forgot... I'm sorry if I did." He apologized in a soft voice.

"No need for an apology Butterscotch I came here for a reason." Dusk stopped and looked over to me. "I came here because of him." I waved nonchalantly at both of them.

"Who is he?" He questioned looking over to Dusk.

"Wait you know that I am a male?" I praised finally having somepony know who and what I am.

"Of course, I've read up humans so if I was to encounter one I would know how to take care of him/her." He confessed.

"Wait, but humans are supposed to be pure myth, if he never came along then you wouldn't need those skills." Dusk commented.

"It's better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it." Butterscotch cited.

"That works perfectly for this case." I confirmed. "My name is Zander, nice to meet you."I finished holding out my hand. Butterscotch stepped back and tried to hide in his short mane. Oh right male version of Fluttershy here. That means I can't be up front with him because he is also shy. So I put my hand down and told him. "It's okay I'm not going to hurt you Butterscotch... I promise." I promised in the softest voice I could muster.

That seemed like a relatively good answer for the stallion and he stopped hiding behind his mane. "Okay I trust you." He accepted my statement.

"Okay, Zander here has suffered one heck of an accident." Dusk started. "We don't know what happened, but it seemed like something hit him pretty hard." Dusk wondered what hit me to put me in such a condition. I knew what happened, but knew I should tell anypony. Because who here knows what a car is? "I was wondering if you could finish healing him properly by letting him stay here a couple days? We can't have him be in bad shape when he meets Lord Solaris." Dusk finished.

"Well if he doesn't mind the other animals, then yeah he can stay here." Butterscotch answered.

"Wait, what kind of animals are we talking here?" I questioned looking at Butterscotch.

"Squirrels, bunnies, birds, all sorts of different critters." Butterscotch concluded.

"Okay that won't be too bad... I guess." I agreed. "Well see you later Dusk." I said.

"Don't worry I will be back in a week to take you to see Lord Solaris." Dusk reminded me.

"I hope to see you before that. I ain't going to be cooped up in this house for a week." I responded "I am not saying I hate this place I just don't want to stay inside all week." Looking at Butterscotch.

Dusk Shine then walked away and Butterscotch and I walked into his house.
