Chapter 1:Loveydobey Couple.

Vinyl watched Octavia would seemed to shun her all week. Octavia sat on the couch stuffing her face with ice-cream as she watched a series of romantic comedies. Vinyl just couldn't figure out why her friend was in such a gloomy mood on this most special of holidays. "Tavi,are you ok?"

Octavia pulled her head out of the bucket of ice-cream and gave Vinyl a evil look."Yes I am fine!" She said sarcastically.

"Oh! Good!" Sighed Vinyl in relief. "I thought you might be upset."

"I wonder why!" Muttered Octavia angry.

Vinyl entered the kitchen making herself a sandwich. "You want somethin' Tavi!"

"Just bring me more ice-cream!" She yelled not sounding like herself today.

"Really? You just ate two tubs o' ice-cream!" She said impressed."This is our last tu-oh...I...mean it's un-healthy for a musician

like...Uhhm...yourself...to be eating ice-cream for breakfast."

"Screw you!" Yelled Octavia.

"Tavi! Watch your mouth! You're going to eat a sandwich weather you like it or not!"

"I can have ice-cream whenever I want! I did pay for it!"Octavia stood up standing up against her friend for what she believed was right. She brushed past her roommate and walked to the freezer which contained the cold treat of her desire.

Octavia slowly and dramatically reached for the last tub of ice cream...

"Octavia!" Called Vinyl.

"What do you want now!" She snapped.

Her eyes widened as she noticed the large, and beautiful instrument that Vinyl possessed in her arms. Octavia snapped out of her sad state. She dropped the ice cream running to Vinyl taking back her property.

"What did I tell you about touching my instruments!"

"I had to do it to stop you from eating all the ice cream!"

"You couldn't have just taken the ice cream from me?"

"We both know that wouldn't have worked!"

"Yeah."sighed Octavia disappointedly.

"Now why don't you tell me what's really bugging you!"

"Well it's just that today is Hearts and Hooves day...and many ponies in Ponyville has found THEIR special some pony..I wonder if I will ever find mine."

Vinyl blinked she had never imagined the Octavia would ever want to have a very special some pony. "Octavia...why didn't you tell me?"

"Because Vinyl, I didn't want you meddling in my love life!"

"But I could help you soo much!"

"Last time you played match maker I met a pony who ate all of the cupcakes at Sugar Cube Corner!"

"Oh yeah...but he was still pretty cool."

"Maybe for you, but he's definitely not my type!"

"Oh come on! I could totally picture you two together just give him one more chance! Please!!" She asked begging on her knees.

"No!" Wined Octavia.

"Don't you believe in second chances, Tavi?"

Octavia looked at the clock then at Vinyl. "Today's my day off! So don't ruin my day with any meddling! Got it!!"

Vinyl nodded twice, so Octavia knew she agreed.

Later that day.....

"Okay! I gotta find a special pony for Tavi without ruining her day. How do I do that?"

"Easy!" Said an eavesdropping voice from above.

Vinyl looked up and easily spotted a flying blue Pegasus. "Just don't tell her about it."

"Thanks...Uh...Rainbow!" Her horn let a faint glow of light before teleporting.

"Finally!" She panted taking a seat among a crowd of ponies.

She sat still wondering why everyone was here. She didnt even know where she teleported herself. Suddenly she felt a gust of wind slice through her mane and a breeze tickle her white fur! "What the!"

Vinyl's eyes widened as she saw the show ponies fly past her. They were none other than: The Wonderbolts!

She had never seen anything like this before because she never attended any other shows other than Octavia's musical concerts or rock concerts. So this was a real treat! Her eyes didn't focal on the performance, but she mainly focused on the performers. Once the show was over she ran to the three Wonderbolts. They all removed their masks and noticed a stallion who seemed alright for Octavia.

"Great show!" She said to Soaring.

"Glad you enjoyed it!" Replied Soaring with a smile.

"Would you want to find your special some pon-

Soaring cut Vinyl off. "I know what you're trying to do."

"That's great! So is it a yes or no?"

"Look you seem like a nice uh unicorn."

"Why thank you very much!"

"But the answer is no."

"Okay so what time are you-Wait! Did you say no?"

"Yes I'm sorry, but you're not my type."

.................."Oh no I mean my roommate not me!"

"Well I'll have to think about it first."

"I'll pay you."

"I don't take bribes." Replied Soaring.

"I'll introduce you to-uh...the fastest flyer in all of Equestria!"

"Ok.I guess. It's a deal, but just for today,right?" Asked Soaring."Because I'm a busy Wonderbolt!"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah! It's just for today, so she can start smiling again."

The two shook hooves to show their agreement.Vinyl  told him the place where he'd bump in to Octavia and where they would spend their date, etc...

A short hour later Vinyl took Octavia to the park and gave her some sun flower seeds to feed the birds.

She noticed Soaring at the corner of her eye and pulled him behind a shrub.

"You know what to do? Right?"

"Yah Vinyl I'll just wing it! Get it!" Vinyl gave him a serious look. "Come on! You didn't get that! Your roommate better have a good sense of humor."

"You can't just wing it! You have to say and do everything as planed! Got it?"

"This isn't worth meeting that Pegasus." He muttered. "Yeah I got it.."

He walked over to Octavia who studied him oddly and perplexed. Vinyl could see Octavia and Soaring laughing and talking.Then the two started walking away and the frown that was once on Octavia's face became a smile.

"I must follow this Loveydobey couple!" Replied Vinyl following the two spying on their date to make sure  everything goes as planed......
