They arrived in the center of a large facility, standing on some sort of pad.  Richtofen immediately instructed the group to take refuge near one of the boarded up windows until further notice.  They did as instructed and shot all of the zombies that came close to the windows.  When Richtofen commanded they vacate the area, Twilight found a radio log and proceeded to listen to it while following closely behind the group.

"Stand up."  A moan responded to the request.  "STAND UP!"  The voice's command was responded to with another groan.  "Good, now look at me, and walk forward."  Two heavy footsteps were heard.  "Excellent, further."  A thud as if someone fell was audible in the background.  "It's alright, just stay there."  The footsteps were getting louder and quicker.  "Calm down, I ORDER YOU!"  A scream was heard.  "Kill it!"  A gunshot blasted through the speakers of the radio.  "Bring me another!"  Static.

Twilight stared at the radio, shaking her head.  They were trying to train these things by implementing simple commands issued to the zombies.  As she fought off the dead, she couldn't stop thinking about how they were once being trained like animals.  She kept running to every room, trying to find more radios.  Finally, in the room next to teleporter C, she found another radio.

"Gentlemen, allow me to take this opportunity to welcome you to Group 9-3-5.  This is a prestigious moment in the history of our race. You represent the future of technological advancement.  You are the pioneers of human discovery.  In your hands lies the destiny of mankind.  In our hands is a great power and with that power comes a price.  You have volunteered to be part of this great experiment and with that decision comes the responsibility of absolute secrecy.  No one is to know what you do, where you work, what our research has uncovered, or what our purpose will be.  You will have no further contact with your governments or with your families.  Your decision to fully dedicate your lives to Group 9-3-5 is absolute.  In your lockers you will find your field ops manual which will direct you should our manifesto get compromised.  We cannot afford to let this power fall into the wrong hands and therefore the field ops manual should be considered your bible.  Make your preparations now. A new dawn is beginning for mankind."

9-3-5... those emblems on the doors must be theirs.  Twilight thought.

Inside of the room with the teleporter, she found another radio.

"But I'm all out of hope. Goodbye my friend."  A man said to himself.

"Warning, the shield is now active, find and destroy the designated materials and report to the barracks, this is not a drill."  The same voice from the previous radios was heard in a PA system.

"Dammit! - I can't find my pills... they are coming, I must do what I must do, God forgive us all!"  Choking and screaming was heard in the background.

Twilight's face turned pale as she realized what had happened.  They took cyanide pills to avoid giving away the secrets of this "Group 9-3-5".  Zombies had stopped coming for a short amount of time, so Twilight continued her search for more of the radios.  In what appeared to be the remains of a run-down office, she'd found another radio.

"Sophia, this letter is to go to the Reichstag High Command immediately.  Gentlemen, it is with the utmost urgency that I draw your attention to the lack of funding being injected into The Giant project.  While I believe we are close to realizing the ultimate plan, we still have several years of development before it is ready.  It would be folly to cut our expenditure so early in our development.  As you know, early tests on the DG-2 have easily outperformed expectations and we fully anticipate mass producing the Wunderwaffe within the next few years.  Work on the matter transference has however come to a standstill.  We simply do not have enough Element 115 to continue the experiments.  The test subjects have survived teleportation but are currently unresponsive to commands and cannot be controlled.  If we are to overcome this obstacle we need to increase the frequency and size of the experiment.  To this end, I suggest we find not only a regular supply of 115, but that we also find a larger conduit to channel the energy.  Our operatives in America have informed us that the US have a large supply of the element at the Nevada base, so time is of the essence if we are to stay ahead of them.  This cannot be done if you cut the budget, nor can it be done if you insist on pressuring us into action before we are ready. I am of course available for discussion of the matter but in the meantime, I will continue with the work here and try to win this damned war.  Signed, etcetera etcetera, Doctor Maxis."

So they were developing weapons to win a war.  DG-2?  Didn't Richtofen say the name of the weapon Dempsey had was named the "WonderWaffe DG-2"?  Something is going on here, and I don't like it...

Another radio in the room just outside the office.

"Initiating test number 3, subject is within the test chamber, activate power."  Dr. Maxis said.

A power switch is heard being thrown, followed by a voice.  "O-Oh my God!"

"Get a hold of yourself and clean that up!  Test number 3 unsuccessful, test subject has been reduced to the same state as previous subjects, clean up the test chamber and re-calibrate the system!  Let's do it again."  Maxis had screamed.

"Yes, Doctor."  The other voice responded.

The other voice sounded like Richtofen.  So Richtofen must've been a part of 9-3-5, that would explain why he knew how to calibrate the teleporter and knew what the DG-2 was.

It took time searching for the next one, but Twilight had found it stuck in a crack of a wall.

"Now, you must be very diligent with her, Samantha.  Owning a dog is a great responsibility."  Maxis said proudly.

"Yes, father.  Oh, I love her."  A little girl's voice rang out.

"You must feed her every day, and walk her, and be very careful when you play with her.  You know she's going to have puppies?"

"Really?  Can I keep the puppies too father?"

"We'll see, Samantha.  One step at a time."

Maxis had a daughter here?  But what about leaving everything in your past behind, about complete and utter secrecy?  Twilight had given up on trying to understand Maxis' motives and the motives of his group.  All she knew was that they were responsible for the zombies and these teleporters.

Twilight had found yet another radio.

"Edward, tie the damn thing down.  We can't have it running around during the test."  Maxis shouted while a dog barked in the background.  It was heard whimpering a few seconds later.

"It's tied down now, Doctor Maxis."  Richtofen said.

"Initiating test number five.  Subject is within the test chamber.  Activate power."  The same noise from earlier was heard.

"Searching for vitals.  No reading, Doctor.  The subject has... disappeared.  Doctor Maxis, we've done it!"  Richtofen screeched, over-joyed.

"Don't be foolish!  Test number five is unsuccessful.  Subject has vanished, yes, but has not reappeared at the mainframe.  Recalibrate the damn system now!"  Maxis shouted.

Twilight had found what was the last radio, and listened carefully.

"Initiating test number six.  Subject is within test chamber.  Activate power."  Maxis said.

The power sounded and an unfamiliar ping followed.

"Damn it, Edward!  Did you set up the device correctly?!"  Maxis sounded furious.

"Yes Doctor.  As per your specifications."  Richtofen said spitefully.

"If you had done it to my specifications then it would have worked, wouldn't it?  As usual, your incompetence has-"  A sound of thunder is heard.  "What?"

"Do you hear that, Doctor?"

"Quiet, you fool!  Test number six is a failure, but the experiment has caused some kind of electrical force to energize within the chamber.  Well, open the door!"

"Doctor, I don't think..."

"Open the door!"  The door is heard opening and a dog growls.

"Daddy, what are you doing with Fluffy?"  The little girl's voice had returned.

"Damn it, Samantha.  I told you never to come in here.  Edward, get her out of here."

"Yes, Doctor."

The growls came again and the little girl screamed.

"What's wrong with her?  Daddy, what did you do?  Fluffy!"

"Come back here!  Samantha. Stop her!  Easy. Come here, Samantha.  Good girl. Gently, Samantha.  That's not Fluffy anymore.  We must get out of here."  The door is heard closing.  "What?  Edward what are you doing?  Open the door. Edward, open this door now!!"

"Dad. I'm scared."

"Don't you... Stay by me, Samantha."

"Goodbye, Doctor Maxis."  The power was activated and Richtofen was heard laughing.

Twilight stared at the radio in disbelief.  Richtofen had killed a little girl and her father with their own dog.  Twilight ran up to Richtofen and shoved all the radios towards him.

"GOT ANYTHING TO SAY, EDWARD?"  Twilight shouted.

"Get away from me schweinehund!"  Richtofen screamed.

"I found these lying around this facility, we deserve to know what's happening here!"  Twilight lifted Richtofen up and slammed him up against the wall.

"Listen well schweinehund, what I did here does not matter to our current situation.  I made a counter-measure for ze zombies, ya?"  Richtofen said.

"But what you've done here is unforgivable.  What reason would you have for slaughtering a little girl?"

"IT MATTERS NOT!  WHAT I'VE DONE HERE IS OF MY OWN MOTIVE AND REASONING!"

"Your reasoning and judgement seems flawed."

Richtofen stared at Twilight angrily, waiting for her to slam him into another wall.  To his surprise, Twilight let him go.

"I might be angry, but I don't believe in revenge."  Twilight said furiously.

Richtofen grabbed his weapon, and started walking towards Rainbow Dash.  He told her to follow him to the mainframe.  Richtofen then expertly linked all the teleporters to the mainframe in which they came.  Then the undead started to come back.  Everyone met up in a single teleporter, to see how long they could survive.

"Are all of y'all full on ammo?"  Applejack asked.

Everyone replied with a yes.

"Let's kick some freak-bag ass!"  Dempsey shouted joyfully.

"Here they come!"  Rainbow shouted.

Thousands of the undead flooded through the doors to the room where our survivors rest.  One by one, the flood shrank to a smaller and smaller amount.

Will you come join me in my game?  Pinkie suddenly heard a voice in her head.

"Did any of you guys say something?"  The question was met with everyone saying no.

Do me a favor, KILL RICHTOFEN!

"He hasn't given me a reason to do that yet."

Oh well, I guess you will have to remain a simple pawn for me and him to play with.  You will learn of the evils this man is capable of soon enough.  Until then, enjoy your hell.

"Wait, who are you?"

I am Samantha, I am your gamemaster.  I decide when you live, and when you die.

"Well, we're not going down without a fight."

Then the game will be even more entertaining for me.

Pinkie then heard a demonic laugh.  When she recovered from hearing the voice, they were close to getting overrun.

After everyone let out a collective scream, Richtofen activated the teleporter and they once again teleported away, but this time to a whole new time.
