In an alternate Universe where Earth ponies, Pegasi, Unicorns, and Sea ponies evolved into Alicorns, Commander Hurricane is sentenced to eternity to an extra-dimensional prison for war crimes committed against all four. However, instead, she whines up in a version of Equestria where its inhabitants have yet to become as powerful as they are on her Equestria and are ruled by two Alicorn sisters that would barely make it to the rank of Private First Class in her army.

Determined to bring this world under her domain and to find a way to return to her own Universe and reek her terrible vengeance, can Celestia and Luna stand up to her Brobdingnagian might, which may very well dwarf their own, and protect their subjects from the terrible future she would bring upon them?
