How to describe my being. I am a Dalek of the Cult of Skaro would be a start. No I am not Sec, Thay, Caan, or even Jast. I am the little known fifth member of the Cult of Skaro, what I used to consider insignificant and the least of my brothers in role and tactic. I am Dalek Chagrin, it means Sorrow, which is all I seem to be to my Dalek brothers anyway. Why? I will tell you before I begin my adventure I will explain why I am named so.
First of all I am not a Slaughterer, Murderer, or Exterminator like the other Daleks. I am the reverse in that sense. My role is not to destroy but to build the machines my brothers have used. We can't just give the blueprints to technology to the humans who sometimes escape the Dalek minions and forces. There would also have to be someone who knows what everything did. Despite popular belief, Daleks aren't Omni sentient. Otherwise we would not have ended up with a Cult of Skaro to begin with. Daleks also tend to see their society, how should I put this, as the man who wields the sword and uses it is greater than the man who builds the sword. In an earth equivalent; you hear all about King Arthur and his sword Excalibur; but never about the man who built it or stuck it in a rock to begin with. Society for the Dalek race is like that, amplified by seven point nine two three in threshold.
Now I will explain a bit about my Dalek brother’s suits. The Daleks have long since lost humanoid shape and form. Evolving through genetic manipulation and now we are of the, to quote Dravos our creator, 'Mutated Daleks'. Our form is that of a one eye squid with a deformed face of a human being. We are not exactly the most mobile of species as a result. Instead we focus primarily on our suits. This is where that sword bit from earlier comes in; Daleks live in their specially built suits made of to quote our archives, 'Dalekanium'. Well most were, Dalek Sec used to use a stronger version but extremely rare metal called...sigh...Metalert... My race was not the most creative in naming new materials to be quite clear...
Most suits were built with 'Dalek Bumps' that contained technology that could both shield the Dalek suit and its' Dalek within and increase the power of our weapon systems. There are fifty six of these bumps located on every Dalek except for the specially built ones whose shapes are radically different. Each bump can hold various things. The standard Dalek chooses a Sensor array that doubles as a shield generator if needed or a amplification in our lasers. I in contrast hold various tools for construction in all but my lowest row of Dalek Bumps. The rest of them are...Standard except for two pieces of experimental technology I had yet to refine from their current state. An Emergency Temporal shift. It is how I arrived to where I am at, and how I am still alive rather than a piece of scrap metal for the Doctor or a new weapon for him as I dragged Sec's Suit with me to this...Bright cheery place.
Now for the actual story. This is a concept Daleks aren't used to. But here I, Dalek Chagrin, go...

First I will recollect the past two hundred seventeen minutes and thirteen minutes for those of you who were wondering where the bloody 'ell I was during the destruction of every Dalek but me and Caan.
It had been exactly two hundred seventeen minutes and thirteen seconds since Dalek Sec had become the first Dalek Human. I was elsewhere overseeing the final internal steps that the new Daleks would need. Unable to be above ground without freaking the native 'pests' (as Dalek Thay called them) before it was time. I was also unable to work on the main basement floor from my standings among my fellow family of the Skaro cult. It had been exactly one hundred and twelve minutes when I had received and stored Dalek Secs' Metalert covered Dalek Traveling Device in a storage 'Dalek Bump' meant for such storage. You could say I was the pack mule of the group in that regard. I had carried most of the strange resources used for the operation since we had left Skaro all those years ago. Despite the massive loss of resources my readings still read exactly fifty percent full rounded up to the nearest tenth of a decimal.
Exactly twenty minutes ago I went to retrieve the Dalekanium plates from the top of the humans’ empire state building, their job done from there and ready to be returned to Dalek Jasts' suit. It was less than ten minutes ago that Dalek Sec was betrayed by Dalek Thay and Jast. I was shocked but did not voice my complaints in case it deemed them worthy to exterminate me, Dalek Chagrin.
Now in present time, Dalek Sec was joined in death by his Exterminators. Dalek Thay and Jast. The Dalek-humans had revolted with unforeseen Time lord DNA. Dalek Caan activated a kill switch he had forced me to install in every body that was now against him. Killing all of the Dalek-Time lord-Humans within a star system in the process. The Doctor had tried to say something to Dalek Caan but Dalek Caan had muted his Audio input display preventing both me and him listening in. I was back in the lab watching the encounter. Dalek Caan barked an order, "Activate Emergency Temporal Shift!"
The last thing I saw before Dalek Caan's connection was lost from the differences in time was the doctor reaching out to no doubt kill Dalek Caan. The directive was given by the highest up Dalek of the cult of Skaro, Dalek Caan. I collected what little Dalek technology there was left of the lab and prepared to activate my own E.T.S. in turn. They weren't called those for nothing. It was an experimental technology warping the user or a small group to a random point in space and time. There were three uses before a new one would have to be used. I had used my first charge causing the Cult of Skaro to escape the 'Time War' that was going on that had destroyed both the Daleks and the Time Lords. My second was escaping the building named Torch wood with the rest of the Cult as I had been near them the entire time in cloak.
Quickly my E.T.S. gained power and I activated it vanishing into the streams of Time and space flying at random through it uncontrollably.

Meanwhile in the magical land of Equestria. . .
"Alright Twilight, I think this is the right spell book!" Spike stated from his perch on top of a bookshelf, the ladder long since discarded after the baby dragon had simply started walking along the top dusting off books and checking them, He held up a black book with a faded cover which quickly got taken up in a magical grip that dragged spike off and into the floor as Twilight absent mindedly went through books left and right.
"You sure this time it is the spell to find lost items?"
"No idea, you’re the unicorn not me. It looked magical though."
Quickly Twilight scanned over the cover noticing only a faded hourglass on the cover before spinning through the pages of the book shaking her head rapidly in negatives before stopping suddenly, two thirds of the way in the book, “How to summon displaced matter from time and space to your plane?" she made a look of consideration going over the instructions.
"Alright here goes nothing." Twilight shut the book and her horn began to glow. After a minute of strain Twilight's horn stopped glowing.
"Uh nothing happened..." Spike stated.
"maybe this spell doesn’t work...?"
Spike sat down on his basket before raising an eyebrow at a rough lump in it. He pulled out a book from his basket, "What is this doing in here?"
Twilight trotted over to spike, taking the cover and reading it, "Ah fire magic one-oh-one. A reference guide."
Spike stared at the mess that was the library of books, "So your telling me, we yanked every book out of its shelf, completely swept the place twice and now have to reshelf all these books even though the book somehow ended up in my basket to begin with?"
Twilight buried her face into her hoof, "Guess it’s an early reshelving day."

Something was wrong, The flow of time and space was acting strange, it had turned purple and a rip had opened in front of me. Was this the doctors doing? No, there would be a Tardis and I would hear the doctors’ smug voice as he got rid of me if it was. This was something different. The edges of the rip reminded me of a cartoon, unable to avoid it and forced to go in as the stream launched me through the void and into another stream of time and space. A few moments later I came out of the flow of time and space eye-stalk first into a cloud. I do not know what impressed me more at that point. That I was still alive, or that the cloud was somehow holding my weight up without my own aide. I wouldn't call my suit fat or anything like that but an average Dalek suit was heavy, mine heavier with the amount of tools crammed in a majority of my Dalek Bumps.
"Elevate." Dalek Chagrin stated into a vocal command input drive on my suit and my suit began to upright itself, hovering into the air above the cloud. Inside his suit, Chagrin fiddled with the various programs and small screens buried within for his time and location. Neither was working, he scanned over the area with his suits optical sensors focusing on sight with a curious look towards the ground. He zoomed in before giving what was a tree a blank stare. It looked like something right out of a human cartoon show. Lack of realistic shading, simplified details, and a lot more solid idealistic colors and a definite lack of texture. He hovered down, curious. The entire world around him was like this. More curious he shot out a Dalek Bump, a Scout probe to be exact to look upon himself.
Dalek Chagrin was disappointed, his complex and intricate web work of royal purple lines making a complex maze around his upper half had merged into a solid purple color. His Dalek bumps, pure red instead of a mince work of dark red lines forming skulls surrounded by a sun. At least he matched his environment. Giving a quick scan for mobile life forms he checked the surrounding area for life forms other than plant based within a mile. Satisfied it was safe his probe came close to him and he looked inside his own suit at himself. He still looked disgusting but a lot more child friendly than threatening or disgusting but still very disturbing looking to the bare eye. He shut his suit again.
Dalek Chagrin ejected two more Scout probes from his suit and scattered all three in different directions evenly searching out for the nearest populace town, the primary objective was to survive after all. He would require knowledge of this worlds inhabitants and where he was as well as what date it was. It was not long before all three came across towns and cities and scanned out to find each name located plainly on a bill board. Ponyville, Cloudsdale, and Canterlot. He marked each down on a newly generated map as well as the populations listed on each. Withdrawing the drones he considered his options. The lowest population was Cloudsdale but that was situated in the clouds. While he had yet to see an actual citizen of this world, he doubted that all of them could fly if there was land bound cities as well. Canterlot had a strange energy about it and the castle, he would analyze later for the source but something about it simply screamed "Capital city" about it. Which left him with one option, turning south and five degrees west he elevated above the tree line and speed off towards Ponyville for further examination
