Dalek Chagrin was the runt of the litter among the cult. His job in the cult was to invent and construct new devices on the Cults behalf. As such he was allowed to modify his own suit as desired. Not that any of them cared for his genius inventions when he had time to build them. Dalek Chagrin had feverantly admired Dalek Caan and Dalek Sec to the point of agreeing with the concept of joining races with the humans into dalek human hybrids. But with Sec's death at the lasers of another Skaro cult member, and Dalek Caan gone from the Emergancy temporal warp; he found himself activating his own Emergancy Temporal warp as well. If only to escape the madness that had transpired that awful day. Well. This was not what he had expected.
