The Legend of Time Turner

Not really a story with a true ending. I'm basically gonna keep adding chapters until I run out of enemies and ideas.

The Doctor lands in Equestria after a fatal wound and becomes a pony. While trying to live out a normal life, he encounters a few old foes and even more bumps in the road than all his rides in the TARDIS combined.
