Going Home with a Maid

"Please don't eat me!!!" I yelled as I sat up after being woken up by some weird forest noises. I pressed a hoof on my chest as I looked around. My heart was pounding. My face was covered in sweat. I was breathing heavily. I noticed that I was still inside of the cave. "Thank Celestia, I'm still in one piece." I let out a sigh as I wiped the sweat from my face.
"That was a terrible nightmare," I murmured. I scratched my head as I tried to remember the nightmare that I just had. The nightmare of being shredded to pieces by some weird carnivores from the Everfree Forest. I knew I was vulnerable for the kill while I was asleep. If a pack of weird lustful creatures had cornered me inside of the cave, what else could be more dangerous than them.
"I guess I need to get a move on," I said to myself as I stood up from the cold ground. I'd been asleep on the naked ground for the whole night, and noticed that my back was covered in dust. I shook the dust on my back. I walked towards my belongings inside of the cave. I turned off my carbide lamp, even though it was empty after being opened up all night. I picked up my camera from the floor.
"Well at least I got a picture of them." I tried to turn on my camera, but the batteries were dead. "Well... I knew I should've packed that emergency battery for the cameras." I snorted. I placed the camera inside of my bag. I rolled up my sleeping bags, and then tied it beside my saddle. I picked up my notebook on the ground. I flipped my journal open, seeing that all of the pages are blank.
"So much for writing a journal for my studies about them." I placed my pad and my pencil back inside of my saddle. I placed my bag on my back as I prepared to leave the cave and find my way through the Everfree Forest. I went outside of the cave, seeing the trees that surrounds the cave. I looked up and saw Celestia's sun, shining bright in the middle of the sky.
"How long was I out?" I asked myself. "If only I have my watch right now. That damned pack had stole my watch and my favorite necktie." A tear ran down from my left eye. "Don't worry my favorite necktie, I'll never forget about you even when buying a new one."
After hours of leg-aching walk around the scary Everfree Forest, I was still lost, and gladly alive, and also hungry. I'd been throwing my sandwich at the timberwolves so they wouldn't eat me. Guess it worked.
"What do I have to do to get out of this freaky forest?" I muttered. I looked up, seeing the leaves of the high trees that surrounds me, blocking some of the orange sky above me. The sun was about to set, and I'm sure that I'm going to get killed if I don't find the way back to Ponyville.
"Can somepony please help me?" I called out.
"Oh look, it's you," I sultry voice called out from behind me, "I thought you'd already left this forest."
My heart stopped for a moment. A bead of sweat had dropped from my head. I slowly glanced over my shoulder, and saw a figure of a pony in the shadows. I turned to the shadow slowly.
"I guess my snout wasn't lying when I got your scent, scattered around the forest," the figure says as it slowly walks out of the shadow.
"W-who are you and, wh-what do y-you mean?" I stammered.
"Oh come on now, we just met last night." It giggled as it walked towards me. My eyes widen as I was finally able to realize who it was.
"Oh, It was just another one of them." I let out a sigh. I noticed that the succubi just spoke. "Wait, you could speak?"
"Why, do you think I'm speechless?" she raised an eyebrow at me.
"Er, uh... no," I lied. "Anyway, why did you separate from the pack?"
"I've been having a hard time feeding when I'm with them," the mare rolled her eyes. "Anyway, what's the reason you came to this freaky forest in the first place?" she hovered in circles around me.
"Well... I just wanted to see and study about the new race of equines, and that would be your race." I gave her a sheepish smile,
"Why, are we unusual to the eyes of the ponies that live here?" she stopped in front of me.
"Yes..."
"Well that's what we get for living near the gates of Tartarus," she smirked.
"So you lived near the gates of Tartarus?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah, that's what I just said."
"Interesting," I slowly bobbed my head. I brought out my pencil and my journal. "Is there anything I could know about your race?"
"I don't think you should be interviewing me right now in the middle of this forest," she said playfully as she cocked her head, sideways. I looked around and saw that my surroundings was getting darker, due to the sun setting.
"Oh buck. I'm still lost." My hoof met my face, making a slapping noise. I placed my notebook and pencil, back inside of my saddle.
"Don't worry, cause I'll help you." She winked at me.
"How?"
The mare tilted her head a bit as she spread her bat-like wings.
"Oh right. Wings." I snickered. She hovered above my head, and then descended a bit as she tried to wrap her forelegs around my waist. "Are you sure you can carry me?" I looked up to her.
"Do you either want me to leave you in the middle of the forest, or bring you to my pack?" she asked.
"Neither."
"Then believe me," she looked down to me and then gave me a smile. We both slowly ascended into the air. I gazed back down at the dense forest. I felt a bit anxious as I remembered that I was afraid of heights.
"No wonder I didn't get to become a pegasus," I thought to myself.
"Is that where you live?" she called out.
"Where?" I looked up to her.
"There," she pointed her snout. I turned to the direction where her snout was pointing. My eyes met Ponyville, not far from
where we're flying. Lights can be seen from the windows of the small village houses. Lamp posts are illuminating the streets. Few ponies could be seen on the streets.
"Yes," I answered.
"Okay then, that's where we're heading." She flew towards Ponyville pretty fast, because it only took us ten seconds before she dropped me off, just outside of the forest. She laid me down gently on the ground.
"You could've at least laid me down in front of my house," I muttered.
"Hey, I got you out of the forest. What else do you want?" she cried out.
"Okay... easy with the temper," I suggested. "Now can I get some information about you?"
"Sure, but in one condition."
"And what condition might that be?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Since my lustful companions didn't share food, I'm still quite hungry."
"Oh, I've got lots of food back inside of my house." I turned my back on her. I glanced over my shoulder and then gestured towards her, telling her to follow me. She just stood still, looking at me with a smile on her face. "Aren't you going to follow me back to my home?"
"Would love to, but are there any alchemists in where you live?"
"We have potion makers. And why do you ask?"
"Well you see," she walked beside me. "Back in my place. Alchemist hunts us for ingredients. A part of us for their brews actually." She smirked.
"So what do you want me to do?"
"At least transport me to your home without anypony noticing my unusual appearance."
"Can't you just fly over the dark purple skies and blend in with its color?" I faced her.
"Well I'm not taking any chances," she turned her back on me. "If you don't want to know anything about, you could've just said so." She waved a foreleg at me as she headed towards the forest.
"Hey wait," I called out, "I'll try to find a way."
She stopped, and then glanced over her shoulder. "Okay then, I'm open." The teasing mare turned to me, and then sat on her haunches.
"Okay, think Pico, think," I thought to myself, "How could you transport this mare, to your home without anypony noticing her?" I rubbed my temples as it helps me think. "What are the things that are unusual to us?" I gazed at her two cute, little horns. "Two horns are unusual. Maybe I could hide it with some hat." I moved on to her wings. "Her bat-like wings aren't really that unusual, right? I mean, we do have lunar guards with wings like those." My eyes met her flanks. "She doesn't have a cutiemark, and it may attract some attention. Better hide it with some clothing." And finally, her tail. "Nopony gives a buck about tails anyway." I slowly bobbed my head as I tried to think of what clothing I may use.
"Well?" she suddenly called out.
"Oh, um..." I cleared my throat, "I'm going to hide those horns of yours, and also your blank flank."
"What's wrong with blank flanks?"
"Annoying fillies," I rolled my eyes, "Anyway, wait for me here as I get something that could hide your unusual features." I turned my back on her, and then rushed towards Ponyville.
I quickly headed towards my house, not far from where I left the mare. An ordinary two-floored house came to my view. I rushed towards the door, opening it without needing any keys. The door opened with a satisfied 'click'. As I got inside of the living room, I hesitated towards my bedroom.
A bed built for two ponies stands in the middle. I walked towards my closet, and it's a pretty big one considering that I'm the only one who's using it. I opened it up, revealing some of my black neckties, some jackets, and also a fedora hat. I rummaged through it carelessly as I tried to find the apparel that can suit a mare.
"I'm sure there's something that could fit..." I trailed off as soon as I saw a clothing, fit for a mare. "Well, it's better than nothing."
I galloped back where I left the weird mare. The clothing had been placed inside of my saddle so I wouldn't attract some attention as I carry it to her. I saw her in a distance, sitting on her haunches as she waits for me.
I finally reached her. I wiped the sweats on my head. My chest felt like it was burning, my lungs begged for air, my legs felt numb, added by the sensation of dried throat. "I'm... back..." After each words, I took a deep breathe, trying to calm my worn out lungs, "Sorry... if... I... took... so... long... but... here's... your... clothes..." I opened my saddle, bringing out a french maid outfit.
"Well at least you know how to pick an outfit," she walked towards me. I gave her the outfit. "Where did you get this thing anyway?"
"I don't want to talk about it," I gave her a sheepish smile. "Do you have a name or such?"
"Yeah." She wore the short black dress with two holes for her wings, "You could call me Siren." After that, she tied the white apron around her waist.
"Ain't that a cute name." I snickered. Siren placed the white headband on top of her head, covering her two horns. "So, what's your race called?"
"We are known as the Tykes," she tied a red ribbon around both of her ears.
"That's a new vocabulary fo-."
"Hey, could you help me with this fishnets?" Siren interrupted.
"O-oh, sure." I smiled at her. I grabbed the fishnet from her hoof. I moved on to her back side. "Could you raise your hind legs?"
Siren flapped her wings, hovering herself a few feet away from the ground. I slowly got the fishnet stockings on the tip of her both of hind legs. I slowly raised it up to her flanks, just enough to cover them. It brings back the memories. The memories of...
"Thanks for the help." Siren smiled at me. I snapped back into the reality.
"Y-yeah, no worries." I gave her a sheepish smile.
"Only one more thing left." She grabbed the two black high-heeled shoes on the ground, wearing them on both of her hind legs. "There. Now, how do I look?" Siren turned to me. She spread her bat-like wings, fluttering them in a cute manner.
"N-nice." I stared at her with a blank expression, but my blushing face was enough to tell her that she looks amazing. It looks better on her. I thought to myself, Even better tha-. I snapped back to reality as Siren called me.
"Let's go to your home already, cause I'm starved." Siren gesture towards Ponyville. I shook my head, trying to forget whatever I was thinking. I walked towards Ponyville, with a Tyke beside me. And I can assure that my life's going to get bumpy when with her.
