Break the Ice!

It was already morning and the ponies were very far from the town

• Can we rest now? - even Dash was tired

• Yes, - allowed Cadence - , it is far enough.

• It is far from the sea. The only danger would be if the villagers come to get me, but too few now of it. - replied Cadence

• The temperature is normal. It isn't chilly. That is a spell! - found out Twilight

• A spell? But... who would have use of such spell? - asked Rarity - Maybe someone, who makes perfect ice sculptures or  other beatiful ice ornaments?

• I don't say they aren't beatiful. But I don't see any ice sculptures. - Twilight answered

• Mah neither! - Applejack supported her.

• Look! - Rarity spotted something.

• Wow! - Fluttershy was amazed

On a nearby rock a perfect copy of Ponyville, made out of ice, stood. It even got figures of ponies on it.

• That proves I am right! It is an artist pony, who lives here! - said Rarity

• Not sure. The usual unicorn wouldn't know so powerful spell. I don't even think it is in the Canterlot Spell List. This pony must be a very good enchanter. - Celestia doubt.

• And I really am! - answered an unfamiliar voice.

Everypony turned around. On the big rock behind them a very strange pony stood. He was either an alicorn or a landicorn. His skin was with the colour of the sky near the sun - that calm light- blue. There was ice even in his mane and tail.He flew down to the ponies and introduced himself:

• Greetings! My name is Glace and I am the autor of this sculpture and the pony, who casted this spell. Altough I don't consider myself a very good enchanter.

• You listened to us? - Celestia was worried.

Glace just smiled and spinned. Icy clouds also spinned around him. When they stopped, he was gone.

• Where did he go? - Rarity was confused.

The ice from the nearby trees gathered and formed the pony again.

• That's how I did it.

• Ah, group meeting! - Cadence told the ponies.

After the ponies got a little bit further, they spoke to each other:

• I don't trust him! He may be one of the sea stalion's servants. - Cadence said this quietly, so he doesn't hear it

• You are both right - so- so. - replied a voice, that came from over the ponies. When they looked up, they saw a cloud. It fell down and formed the familiar pony.

• You are pretty good at spying! Did he learn you so? - Cadence was angry.

• I said you are so- so right. First - I am not his servant. I was his apprentice. Second - I am not a lord untill I master the Blizzard spell. - replied Glace.

• Tell us! - Luna challenged him.

• Alright. I guess Cadence told you her story...

• What? You've been spying me all the time? - Cadence almost went crazy.

• That's you, Clear Horn?

• I was. Now I am Glace...

• I am so happy to see you! I thought I lost you back then, friend! - Cadence jumped at Glace

What's your name? - Clear Horn, sir! - when I was a colt, I liked to speak like that. - From now on, you shall be Glace. Join me and learn your hidden powers!'' I had no choice but to join him. He needed me. The old lord of the Ice had recently past away. Using a very strange sea animal he passed the dead pony's experience to me. The method wasn't perfect and it only helped me learn the base things. He taught me all the others. It was already time for me to learn the Blizzard spell, when I understood, that the next victim is you from one of his agents. - said he and hugged Cadence - I couldn't bear that. I left. That made him very angry. Tonight he'll search the whole town for you. He knows who you are. The second generation sirens are always more powerful than the first. I know that from him. But he'll never find this place. I've been secretly going here, while I wasn't learning. I never lost my love for earth. And I dislike breathing from a bubble! - he told them with an ironic tone.

• These sculptures are just great! I should really think of assigning you for the decorator of the Caroucell Boutique. but how do you know Ponyville so good? - asked Rarity

• Well, I am a student. As one I do have holidays. I had heard of Ponyville from ponies in the town. I found a portal...

• That's the portal we came through! - Twilight told him

• ... And when I touched it, it opened by itself. I expected, that a key or something was needed

• We came with this. - said the lavender earth pony and showed him the medalion.

His eyes almost got out from their orbits.

• You found the relic? But how? It was lost for centuries!

After Twilight gave the information to Glace, he spoke:

• So you are part of the prophecy! The Primal Master himself gave it to you!

• The Primal who? - Rainbow didn't hear well.

• I guess I should tell you the legend of the creation of this world. The Primal Master was a landicorn - a mixture of an earth pony, an unicorn and a pegasus, just like all of the elemental lords and lords- to be like me. He also gave the bravest ponies in his army the nature forces of Sand, Ice and Thunder. Only a very brave pony can control these powers. If one pony of these ever beats an elemental lord, he becomes immortal. The pony itself can also be a lord, if it masters the hardest spell of his element. Then the fight with the other lord would be more even. But those ponies can't beat each other, only the 6 original lords, who are still the same as they were when this world was created. It is said, that these ponies in a group with 2 alicorns, 3 earth ponies, 2 pegasi and an unicorn will finally end the conflict between the 7 parts of New Equestria and will end the chaos and finally bring harmony to this land. That is the legend, from which the prophecy came. And your group is absolutely the same as in the prophecy.

• That's a legend! - Dash was unhappy - How is it supposed to help us?

• You are right, it won't. - the nearby little pond rose and formed the master of the sea!

• Hydro! - Glace was angry.

• Glace! - replied the sea stalion. - Don't stay in my way! I am coming to get what's mine!

• Your rule is to it's end, sea monster! - yelled Cadence

• Is it? - said he, grabbed Cadence and quickly evaporated with her, taking her away.

• He got her! - Glace yelled

• Cadence! - Twilight called her, but it was useless

• The ritual for the siren is performed on the city beach. We must go. Now! - the stalion told the others

The ponies rushed to the city. Glace had the feeling, that he never flew faster than that before. His hearth beats also had an incredible speed.
