Appereantly Twilight Sparkle has gotten a small brain damage after a crash into her castle when flying. This damage leads to thinking her biggest fear is true. Therefore she starts thinking if Cadence, Celestia and Luna are thinking of her as not a good princess. She eventually goes insane, and is nowhere to be found. Queen Chrysalis finds her in the depths of another dimension where Twilight has turned into a creator of chaos. Unstable as she is, she joins the evil queen… This story is set around seven years after Twilight was crowned.
