Turning away

Twilight Sparkle, Equestria's newest princess. Even after seven years it seems strange. During this sad time, Pinkie had died from obesity, Applejack is still farming regularly, Rarity is in Canterlot with Twilight even though she doesn't have time for her, Fluttershy does the same as ever, and Rainbow Dash died in an accident in which her head got chopped off. Twilight is therefore heavily depressed about the fact that she doesn't actually have friends anymore.

Twilight was known as the Princess of friendship, until everypony found out she has no friends anymore. After that she was just a leader in a distant castle of Canterlot. Leader of depression that is. She had no role in the system of Equestria. No matter how much Celestia told her that she matters to her, or how much she visited Cadence in the Crystal Empire, she still would be depressed and told herself she doesn't have a place in this land. Then came the talk about suicide, she even attempted suicide! But as a princess it is very hard to die, you can't die in natural causes and it's very hard to take so much damage to get killed.

Twilight eventually started making herself more comfortable with joking, she wanted to remember Pinkie this way. Ofcourse, Celestia was ok with it until Twilight started joking about killing ponies. Celestia told Twilight to get more mature humor, but that made her joke about killing the other princesses. Celestia started thinking wether it's because her mental health might not be perfect, but would she really be thinking like this? She decided to ask Luna but she though that Twilight probably wasn't fit to be a princess, not in a mean way but if she's this corrupted from losses then she mustn't be in such a responsibility.

When Cadence heard the news, she got too worried. If the worries weren't enough, she got even more worried by the fact that Twilight would be visiting her right on that day. What would Cadence tell her, or rather how would Twilight react if she heard that a rumour like this has been going around? Cadence didn't have enough time to think, because Twilight had already appeared on the front door of Cadence's castle. Instead of doing the "sunshine song" Twilight just stood there. Cadence then asked Twilight if she really has been joking like this.

What Cadence had just said, made Twilight start destroying alot of furniture. The next frase from twilight shocked Cadence above the understanding of a human mind. -"Let's hope my BBBFF likes the new Cadenza brand wallpapers." Cadence tried to dodge, but Twilight managed to hit her with a huge part of the castle, paralyzing her. Cadence had veins popped and blood was flowing through multiple parts in her body. Cadence plead Twilight for why she is doing this, but Twilight just crushed her old caretakers head with a piece of crystal.

Twilight had a glimpse of sanity in her brain for a second. Did she really just kill her best friend left? Insanity flowed back right at the time when she remembered that she's in the crystal empire, so there was much more to kill. Upon noticing that her big brother had been watching, she vanished to never been seen again. Shining armor forwarded the news to rest of the citizens in the empire and Celestia. Where was Twilight? Why did she kill the crystal princess? What was going on, did Twilight deserve to be treated that way as a princess? From this day on, Equestria wasn't full of love anymore, fear took over the land, and where-ever Twilight is, nopony is safe.

Twilight's mind was now only a creation of the devil himself, with no actual compassion for anything that lived. Now that she was known as a threat, horror stories were made, rumours passed around, and could anyone actually feel less safe?
