Equestria had appeared outside the Summerset Isle, fighting the Thalmor until its barrier completely engulfed all of the high elven territories. The rest of Tamriel asked for peace, but the peace could not last, and now the Dovahkiin, with the aid of the Thirteenth legion, must lead the way to victory.
