We come in Peace

5 years later....

Twilight stood staring at the sky, a large obelisk had obscured the moon. Princess Celestia stood with her as did the head of the guard, battle cry. “What is it?” Twilight asked, she looked to her teacher who had a worried look on her face. Battle Cry pointed a hoof at a much smaller object apporoaching at high speed. It slowed and its legs extended from within its metal body. As it a door opened and a blinding light filled the eyes of the ponies watching the scene unfold. A Biped appeared on in the light and walked down a platform with several others. “Princess?”

“We come in peace!” the Biped said from under a horrid looking mask, Celesta stood speechless for a moment before stepping forwards.

“Humans! Guards SIEZE THEM!” She shouted, the bipeds bolted towards their strange craft. Battle Cry chased them but felt a sharp pain as one of the ‘Humans’ Raised a metalic thunder stick.

“I’M SORRY!” It shouted before the craft took off.

(Siegfrieds 3rd Person POV)

“Are you okay kommendant?!” Siegfried asked, the Kommendant nodded. Ludwig removed his mask.

“What happens now?” He asked, Siegfried hated the answer

“We conquer. We came in piece but after four words they want to capture us! We have no choice. Notify the Bismarck to prepare for invasion!” The Kommandant said in a defeated voice.

(2 hours later...

The Sides of the Bismarck opened as dozens of fighters left their hangers and descended onto the planet below, Siegfried was among the group of heavy troopers being deployed to a small but significant village. When they entered the atmosphere they were met with thrown pies and other pastries which proved easy to pass through; Siegfried watched as dozens of Pegasi attacked in vain. To any normal human this would be a sight but the Bismarck had studied the inhabitants of Equis for the past three years. Siegfried frowned under his mask as they landed, when the bay doors opened their were dozens of ponies in armor awaiting them. They held spears and other mele weapons, all of which were futile against the weapons the Humans had brought with them.

“Lay down your arms and surrender humans!” The Ponies shouted, Siegfried and his fellow soldiers shook their heads. A spear flew at Siegfried but he dodged it causing it to impact one of the men behind him and skewering a second.man. Siegfried and his squad opened fire on the ponies with sadness in their hearts, the ponies screamed in agony as they were hit by multiple rounds. Slowly the remorseful soldiers grew angry and siegfried was among them, why wouldn’t these ponies just accept defeat and let there be peace?

(2 hours earlier...)

(Twilights 3rd Person POV)

“Girls the Princess has dubbed these humans as threats, they said they came in peace but she says they ony bring war. She has called on us to fight with her, but I want to hear what you have to say. All in favor?”

“I” four ponies said, their attention turned to fluttershy. She was surprisingly stern faced

“No!” She said, the others were shocked “They came in peace and we didn’t give them a chance! That isn’t kind or fair! As the element of Kindness I must decline!” Fluttershy said surprisingly loud.

“They hurt Battle Cry Flutters!” Rainbow Dash Shouted

“After we tried to take them prisoner for no reason! I’d Be surprised if that was the least of their retaliation!” Fluttershy said sternly, her lessons with Iron Will were starting to come back.

“It is not. We have seen what they are capable of.” A regal voice said, everypony turned to see Princess Luna. “While we were banished to the moon we saw that they had built masive war machines but after a violent conflict they reformed These are only small remnants of their fleet but if they should construct another one? We shudder to think at what would happen.” A loud boom filled the air as an object similar to the one Twilight had seen crashed into the tower that they stood in. Through the gaping hole it left they saw the city of canterlot in the midst of a battle unrivaled even by the one with the Changelings. They came in peace....
