We come in Peace

The fight for Ponyville lasted an hour and was wrapping up quickly, Siegfried was clearing a house of hostiles with his squad hoping he wouldn’t have to kill anymore ponies. He was wrong as several guard ponies appeared, and though he was lucky enough to dodge their spears the first time he was not so lucky now. A spear pierced his armor and embedded itself deep into his shoulder. He shrieked in pain and collapsed, his eyes began to slowly close as he watched the rest  his squad eliminate the ponies. He closed his eyes for what seemed like a second and when he opened them he was in a chair with his hands in clamps. A massive machine was infron of him.

“Wh-WHERE AM I!” Siegfried cried out, an evil laugh echoed through the dark room.

“The rainbow factory human, we have use for you. Your essence is much more potent than that of the foals we normally use.” A green pegasus stepped into view, she pressed her hoof on a button and the machine roared to life. “This will only hurt until you die, which i'm sure will-” She was interrupted by a wrench being slammed into her head. A cyan pegasus held it smiling. She beat the macchine unitl sparks and scrap metal were all that remained. Siegfried felt his arms be released. He fell to the floor.

“Get up human, I didn’t save you so you could sleep on the floor” The Pegasus said, Siegfried recognised her from the dossier on a group called the elements of harmony.

“Rainbow Dash? That is your name?” Siegfried asked, Rainbow dash looked shocked that he knew her name but nodded. “Element of loyalty, one of my favorite qualities.”

“How do you know about the Elements? Are you A SPY!” Rainbow dash asked getting in Siegfried’s face. He laughed and pushed her away.

“We have watched for the last three years, studied you and your culture.” Siegfried explained, Dash looked shocked “Thank you for saving me, I know what goes on here at the rainbow factory.”

“It’s something Cloudsdale isn’t proud of.” Rainbow Dash said, Siegfried nodded.

“Then let us eliminate it.” Siegfried suggested, he began to put on his gear including his helmet. “I am surprised your leader was so quick to attack us, Celestia doesn’t seem like that kind of alicorn. We expected something like this from Twilight but not Celestia.” Siegfried said as he began to run towards the main room, Dash followed keeping up with him easily. He looked out onto the floor of the factory and saw the residue of rainbows and other fluids, Rainbow dash looked like she was going to be sick.

“How are you going to eliminate the factory?” Rainbow asked said stifling a gag, Siegfried pulled a stick Grenade from his belt and prepared to toss it into some of the machinery. When he did the machine began to crack and spark, Siegfried jumped on top of Rainbow Dash before the Grenade Exploded and ripped the machine into pieces.

“Like that.” Siegfried said with a grin, though it was hidden under his mask, before he could do anything else he began to feel a twinge of pain in his shoulder. He realised that whatever painkillers he was on were about to wear off.  “Let us keep moving!” He said stifling the pain, he slid down to the factory floor and began to fight his way towards the cages where humans and ponies alike were being held. Taking as much aim as he could with his woulnded shoulder he fired and took out the look on the cage. Immediately the cage emptied of all ponies save for a orange Pegasus.

“Scoots? What are you doing here!?” Rainbow Dash said in shock

“Come now my friends we must hurry!” Siegfried said in a hushed voice. “It s only a matter of time before the others find us!” Siegfried began to toss more grenades into the machinery. The Explosions echoed through the emptying facility until guards appeared, Siegfried raised his MP-40 and fired. The guards fell to cover.

“Lets go scoots.” Rainbow Dash said, she picked up Scootaloo and began running infront of siegfried. He pulled out his last grenade and tossed it behind him, it bounced before exploding and sending the pursuing guards flying.

“GET READY TO JUMP!” Siegfried shouted as they neared the entrance, as soon as siegfried stepped on the cloud he fell right through. Rainbow dash flew down and caught him before he could hit the ground and both of them stood atching the streams of Rainbows from the clouds above turn to trickles and then stop. “Thank you.”

(Twilights 3rd Person POV)

“Princess why? Why did you refuse their peace?” Twilight asked, her wings were the keeping her warm as the two alicorns trudged through the snow of the north. Celestia pointed a hoof at a temple ahead of them.

“You will see my faithful student, humans are awful creatures.” Celestia said sternly, they neared the door and she placed her hoof in a small hole. “Clatto Verata Nicto!” The door glowed and opened revealing a massive city that had been abandoned eons ago.

“What is this place?” Twilight asked as she and Celestia walked into the thick overgrowth. The Doors shut behind them and immediately it became pitch black until Celestia’s horn lit up. The City was covered in plantlife but from what twilight could see the towers were made of stone and gold. The Doorways were human sized and streets were filled with odd looking devices; Twilight saw strange statues in the streets as well. Almost as if they were humans frozen in time.

“This ,twilight, is Chaponius. It once was home to the humans of Equestria until the day they turned dark.” Celestia said, Twilight saw one of the statues looked like a female holding a child and crying. Suddenly she realised theses statues were once humans, but why did celestia turn them to stone? “I was forced to turn them to stone, though some escaped. I assume their descendants are here for vengeance.”

“What did they do?” Twilight asked, she saw another figure. A human male hugging his family.

“They built a weapon so powerful it could wipe a city out in under a minute I begged them to deconstruct it but they refused. So I was left with one choice, unlike alicorns humans can’t breath on the moon.” Celestia explained “A humans resolve to survive is almost unbreakable.”

“You froze the innocent! It was not your place to do that!” A voice called from the corner of one of the city streets. A pair of red eyes stared at the Alicorns with hatred burning into the very soul of Celestia. A human wearing a guard uniform simliar to the ponies stepped out. “Celestia the betrayer! I should have known!”

“Zoloft!?” Celestia said in utter shock

“Who?” Twilight asked

“The Immortal king of the Humans!” Zoloft said wth a twisted grin, “Allow me to explain our side of the story!” Zoloft snapped his fingers and dozens of other humns all wth dirty faces appeared with spears.

(Siegfried’s 3rd Person POV)

“Kommandant we have received a transmission from home! They say they have repaired and have sent the Götterdämmerung Fully loaded!” The Radio Man said

“Isn’t that a bit over zealous?” Siegfried said nervously, he remembered the Götterdämmerung’s weapons and how they destroyed a large piece of the moon.

“It is only loaded with soldiers, mainly to be used as a scare tactic.” The Kommendant said, Siegfried was still unsure but nodded. It wasn’t his place to argue with his superiors.

“Sir we have detected a magical signature in the north near a large city previously unseen by our scanners.” Another crewman said.

“Wunderbar, Siegfried, Ludwig you and a platoon will follow me to this ‘magic’ signature” The Kommendant said, Siegfried and Ludwig saluted and prepared to leave.

(Twilights 3rd Person POV)

“....So instead of taking me and sparing my people, she takes almost all of them. The caravaners and scavengers were spared as was I. We were forced to live among our dead brothers and sisters. These may not be our descendants but we are glad they have arrived!” Zoloft finished. Twilight was mortified that the princess would do such a thing. She looked at her teacher in disgust. “When they wipe you out, we will join our brothers from the stars in victory songs!”

“You are right about one thing sir, there will be victory songs.” A voice said, they turned to see the Kommendant, Siegfried, Ludwig and dozens of soldiers standing behind them.

“We came in peace Princess! Why?! WHY!? Did you have to do this?” Siegfried blurtted out, he removed his mask. The Kommendadnt looked at her and extended his hand.

“Do it Princess!” Twilight urged, Celestia reluctantly began to raise a hoof.

“NO! KILL HER!” Zoloft shouted, he ran at the Kommendant and before he could be stopped pulled the Luger from his belt. “For my brothers and Sisters I end you!” He put the gun to celestia's head. Time slowed down almost completely. Siegfried watched in horror as Zoloft pulled the trigger and the bullet flew out Celestia's head....
