It had been 71 years since he had to kill Omega and escape, Xero, a young man with un-imaginable speed, is now old, he is in his last fight, one that will lead him somewhere he never would have expected

(you do not have to have read Omega's Post-Humous Log to know what is going on) After killing Omega, who was overtaken by XV, Xero lived a full and prosperous life, he grew up, got smart, acquired an apprentice, he is an old man now, and MBORF has come for him. He's not scared, he will fight to his last breath, whenever that breath may be.
His death had led him somewhere he never would have expected, using his honed skills, gained proficiency in science in his mind, and compassion that had come from many years of raising an apprentice in his heart, and a revived health in his body, he will have to deal with something he never thought he would have to deal with.
