Clones arent Useless

Chapter 3

Welcome to Equestria!

Cloud had collapsed at the edge of town. She lay there, panting and grimacing. She looked at the houses and smiled slightly.  What a cute little house. She thought. Cloud struggled to her feet, when she heard a soft voice behind her. “Are you ok?” the pony asked, Cloud whipped her head around to face a yellow and pink pony. The pony jumped back a little and stammered “I..I’m Sorry you l.l.ooked Like y.you where in pain.. and I and uh..” Cloud Sat on her haunches and stared at the pony, who had now covered her face in sheer embarrassment. Cloud stood up slowly and walked over to the pony, placing her hoof on her shoulder in a comforting gesture. The pony lifted her face and looked up at Cloud, and smiled “Yeah I guess its pretty silly to be embarrassed over nothing. My name is Fluttershy, whats yours?” she said. Cloud was taken aback, she knew her name, but she hadn’t ever been taught how to speak. Cloud pointed a hoof at one of the stray clouds in the sky. “Yeah I guess its pretty cloudy, Rainbow Dash is supposed to clean those  up today.” Cloud pointed a hoof at herself, then back at the clouds. “Oh! Your name is Cloud?” Cloud nodded ecstatically, then opened her eyes wide in surprise. Rainbow Dash! This mare, Fluttershy, knew Rainbow Dash?!? Cloud pointed at the clouds once more, and Fluttershy said “Yeah, I better find Rainbow so she can clean those up, Too many clouds isn’t quite a pretty sight” Cloud was dismayed. She needed a voice to find her mother, and she dint have one.

“Welcome back Fluttershy!! Where'd ya go, Huh?? Where?!” A bouncy Pink mare popped up next to Fluttershy, Scaring Cloud. “Oh hello Pinkie Pie. How are you?” Fluttershy spoke in her quite voice.. “Just swell, first Twilight an I had cupcakes, then Gummy and I played ball, and then...” Pinkie rambled on, losing Cloud not even halfway through. “Have either of you seen Rainbow Dash?” Pinkie asked. Cloud immediately payed attention. Fluttershy shook her head, “No I haven't.” She replied. “But I did find her.'' She pointed at Cloud, who shyly waved. “Omigosh!! a pony I haven’t seen before! Whats your name!?” Pinkie asked. Bouncing around poor little Cloud. Fluttershy answered for her “Her name is Cloud.” Pinkie grabbed Cloud's hoof and shook it, “ahh. Ahh... AHHH!” Cloud yelped, obviously not used to the gesture. “Omigosh, I'm so sorry!! Hey Fluttershy have you taken her to see Twilight??” Pinkie said, watching as Fluttershy shook her head. “That's a great idea, Pinkie. Would you like to come along?” Pinkie smiled and nodded excitedly. The trio Began to head off towards Twilight's house.
