Lyra's eyes lifted at the words 'best friend' but stayed silent...

"relax...neither you or Lyra are going to be hurt, but I do have about three hundred jokes to make up for..." you release her and stare at the mares as you step from the cart, Twilight Sparkle cleared her throat "in recorded histroy...you may be the first human, but you will definitely not be dissected or anything" you feel your heartbeat diminishing, so you relax "also, Pinkie Pie told us about you a while ago..." you stare at Pinkie "I thought we made a.." she winked "I promised not to tell Lyra I saw you..." you face-palm "dang..."

Every lie you and Lyra had to produce crashed around you, not only did Lyra know that you met Pinkie and lied about it, the most prominent Mares in all of Equestria now knew about Lyra's human companion...

An Hour Later:

"wait, you thought if you were discovered, you would have been dissected or be turned into some sort of sideshow?" you rub your hair, now you realize how stupid it sounded...

"well, I just wake up in Equestria and you don't expect me to be freaked out?" you all shared a short laugh, you already know these mares...the Elements of Harmony...they will keep your secret no matter what..."Lyra...” you stare over and find her and Bon-Bon sitting at a small table "excuse me, everypony..." you try to stay as polite as possible, "I have enjoyed talking to you all, but...I got to go hang with my best friends"

you walk over to Lyra and sit down silently with them "so...it seems nice that you are getting out" Bon-Bon attempted to smile, only to stare right back at the table.

"Lyra...I..." she stood up and began to walk towards the front door, leaving you, Bon-Bon and the Mare Six in the awkward silence...

you sit back down and rub your temples "great...one lie and I may lose my first and best friend..." Bon-Bon stood up and you thought you were going to lose her too...only she put her hoof on your shoulder "hey, don't worry about Lyra...me and you both know she cares about you" you stare up at this supportive mare, knowing she truly is a good friend...

You jump back into the cart and they cover you up "remember, you can not tell anyone" they all nodded as they helped push the cart back to Lyra's...

you step out of the cart and carefully made your way back into the house, hoping to finally confront what has been bothering her...
