“Jumper what the fuck are you doing!” yelled Ivan as he disarmed his weapon

“O sorry. I thought you guys were locked inside” said jumper

“So you think we were locked in the room with the key to get out” *face palms* said Ivan

“So what’s going on everypony?” said jumper

“Well not much. Why don’t you come sit down?” said Ivan

Soon jumper walked into the room. Ivan pulled a chair out of the closet for him. Jumper was then told of all past events from when firelight got to the facility to killing 478. Once everything was explained from both sides, they got jumper settled in. they were hoping that he could fly into the vents and get to the main control room, find the director, and see what he knows. Before launching himself into the duct there was a knocking at the door, which soon became a terrified banging sound. So moon dust opened the door, she looked down and saw a small orange filly-Pegasus. She soon heard gun shots, so she pulled the filly into the room. Moon dust sat the small filly on her chair.

“hello, what is your name, are you ok?” said moon dust. The filly seemed to be scared, but she could still talk “are you hurt?”

“Um, no, im not hurt, my name is fanner. Have you seen my mother?” said the small mare whose name was apparently fanner “do you know where I am? Because I don’t”

Moon dust had only two choices, go out into the hallway which was probably full of units that breeched containment, or assume the role of the filly’s guardian intill her mother was found. So she decided to hold on to the filly intill she could find her mother, if she was alive.

“No, I haven’t, but I am going to take care of you intill we find your mother, is that ok?” said moon dust, hoping that the small orange mare would not run away.

“ok, I’ll stay with you.” Said fanner

Moon dust was surprised that fanner gave in so quickly, but it made sense to her, it only took five minutes for her “father” dusk take her in and care for her, but she was physically wounded with crossbow fire. So it was assumed that fanner had been under some physiological pain. Ivan saw this, and he invited fanner over to his desk to talk about what had happened, and like with moon dust she quickly gave in.

Ivan placed her in his lap, and gave her a small blanket to use. He knew that his warmth and the comfort of the blanket would calm the filly; he learned this from past experiences with both humans and ponys. It seemed to work, the heat from Ivan and the blanket started to calm the filly intill she was ready to talk.

“Now, fanner, can you tell me what has happened in the last few days. You don’t need detail, just anything important.” Said Ivan. He also used a soft tone towards the young filly, knowing she was probably still scared from whatever she saw.

“Ivan what are you doing?” asked firelight

“Talking, trying to get answers, and doing it my way. Don’t you remember, I work with phycology; this is my kind of thing.” Said Ivan “fanner as you were”

“Ok, I remember coming here in a big cage with some ponys I didn’t know, and my mother. Once the cage got here we were all put in these weird rooms with three beds. After that we were cleaned with this strange white gel. Then the monster got out, people started killing them, lots of them died, and so did some of the ponys, so I got scared and ran here, then knocked on the door because I heard voices inside.” Said fanner

“Very good, why don’t you go sit with moon dust? I will try to figure out what has happened, and were we can find your mother.”

After a moment fanner hoped off Ivan’s lap and sat next to moon dust. Once fanner lay at her side, moon dust placed a wing over fanner’s shoulder, and gave her a pat on the back. Within ten minutes of being beside moon dust, fanner fell asleep. She must have been tired from her previous endeavor.

“Hay, firelight” said moon dust “come over here”

“Ok” said firelight as he walked over to see his sister and fanner lying side by side “aw that’s cute. I need to talk to Ivan, maybe he knows what happened.”

Ivan explained to firelight what had happened to fanner

“Now here’s what is happening to the facility. For the most part, there was a system wide lag and all contained units in the hostel class breeched containment. So we are going to have to escape the facility” said Ivan

“What about fanner? I don’t think we can take her with us?” said firelight “do you know where her mother is?”

”actually yes I looked into the data base with her vest info, and found that her mother is now with rainbow dash and flutter shy in the room that you stayed in” said Ivan feeling proud of his usage of teck.

“Are the cameras working?” asked firelight “maybe we can use them to make shore that the halls are clear before we go”

“Why do we need them clear?” asked Ivan “can’t we just fight if there are hostels?”

“No, we can’t. Moon dust needs to watch fanner, you need to use the radar system, and that means I need to protect five mares at one time, so I would help is the halls were clear.”

“O ya, wait can’t glow stone and jumper fight?” asked Ivan

“I just checked jumpers gun and he is almost out of ammo, and glow stone can only stun she can kill, and there is no way we can all use weapon’s in these halls without everything in the facility hearing us, so yes, we need clear halls.” Said firelight in a commanding tone

“So do you have a plan?” asked Ivan

“I’ve got one” said jumper “firelight you will go first and use those orbs to mow down enemy’s, moon dust, fanner, Derpy, and Ivan, will go in the middle, glow stone and I will watch the back. That way if they come at us they get fucked up in seconds”

“did you honestly just think of that?” asked firelight

“Eeeup” said jumper “and glow stone can use her magic to hold Ivan’s handgun”

After about ten minutes Ivan had taut glow stone how to use a handgun. Fanner was still asleep so moon dust carried fanner on her back. Firelight got a firing system ready so he could fire with low accuracy but high capacity which in this environment was well worth it. Ivan still had his fluttergun with him but had to also hold the radar, so he just attached it to his gun.

Once they got into the hallway they were instantly greeted by a strange flying animal. It went over firelight, so Ivan proceeded to smashed through its skull with his fist.

“Silent but deadly mother fucker.” Said Ivan in pride of his ability’s

Luckily fanner was somehow still asleep on moon dust’s back so she didn’t hear anything. They got to the room that the other grope should be in.

“Fanner, wake up” said moon dust “I’m going to hand you to glow stone”

She then placed the filly in the arms of her niece

“I am going to go in and see if there in there” said moon dust

She walked in

“Is my mother in there?” asked fanner

Moon dust walked out

“You’re not my mother” said fanner hoping that her mom was right behind moon dust.

Moon dust looked up, tears in her eyes, and spoke in a soft tone

“I am now”
