The Ponyville hospital had been over 200 year old. Also a home for many hauntings day and night. Still in the 1980s the guards, the  patients and the nurses had seen ghosts of long gone patients. Twilight walked home to her library in the library after visiting Rainbow Dash, as she crossed the park that dark summer evening. The unicorn thought she heard some walk behind her, but she could not see who it were. Maybe it were a thing she imagined.

"Hey, I have to ask who is following me." Twilight shouted.

But nopony answered Twilight. The unicorn looked around in the quiet park. It felt like an invisible thing stared at her. Twilight used the magic from her horn. The entity in the infrared light from Twilight's horn scared the unicorn, who ran back to her library. Twilight had seen a quick flashback of a bloody and butchered patient. The unicorn could not sleep after what she had seen. So Twilight found a book about the hospital where Rainbow Dash were.

"This hospital is over 200 years old, and many patients had been awake late at night by seeing ghosts standing by their beds." Twilight read.

"Entities from 200 years ago had also been seen outside in the park by the hospital." the unicorn read.

So Twilight went back to the hospital to talk with Nurse Redheart about the hauntings she had seen. Nurse Redheart looked through her photos and journals about the ghost that Twilight had seen.

"That thing you had seen were once an insane stallion from many years ago, and he ended up here." the nurse told Twilight.

"This insane patient got away from here, and we found him butchered by a thing in the park." Nurse Redheart said to Twilight.

"Also, many of these entities are still stuck here, and can't find back to where they came from." Nurse Redheart said to the unicorn.

Twilight got through some books and newspapers about that haunted hospital before she went home. Before the building were a hospital it once were an orphanage in the 1700s. Granny Smith and her family from that decade got mentioned in that book. These ponies helped with raise that old orphanage. The orphanage stood empty for years before it became a hospital. These hauntings kept on happening in the hospital even if alicorns and unicorns tried to stop them.
