Ten years ago in the 1970s young ponies used to visit the abandoned Everfree castle. These young ponies came to party to the latest 1970s disco hits, explore the castle and tell legends  about the haunted castle. One night a stallion split up from his group. The pony wandered through the empty castle. That young pony explored the library. Many old books from over 200 years back had been kept. Also antique comics with the Power Ponies that began in the 1950s. Later had the pony been going back to his group, but he could not find them.

"Hey everypony, I wonder where you are." the stallion shouted.

"Now don't come jumping one me." the pony were shouting.

The pony felt like a fast thing had followed him. But the pony could not see who it were. So the stallion tried to get out. As the stallion had been getting out in the dark forest, where he startled by seeing a ghostly mare.

"Hey, I'm just looking for my friends." the stallion said to the ghost mare.

But the ghost mare became violent, and the entity it harmed the stallion. Since that night the stallion had been told to be lost in the dark forest with  his friends. Those who survived that night in the castle told their friends to stay away from that place, as the violent ghost still were around. Ten years passed. Twilight and her five friends went back to the Everfree castle they had cleaned up. The ponies spend days with making the old castle shiny again, and look like it were in the old days. But the ponies noticed a quick shadow pass by them one summer morning. That shadow followed the ponies. Suddenly were the ghost of an old mare showing up. That sight of the ghost  were enough to even scare Twilight. The violent ghost tried to attack the six ponies. But Twilight and Rarity used the magic rays from their horns to zap the ghost away again. Whatever that thing was it were not coming back, so the ponies spend the remains of that day to clean up the library. Twilight found an old book about an insane asylum that stood in Ponyville. It could had been a ghost from that insane asylum Twilight and Rarity had been defeated. Since that day no hauntings had been reported in the Everfree castle.
