Foreword
I'd suggest that if you don't want to read a bunch of useless crap, Don't read this chapter.
I was going to delete it but just left it to rot with hate (or love:if possible)
And if you came here and no longer wish to read the prologue, I advise you to quickly read the Author's notes
With that I bid you ado, and happy reading
It's early morning. the stars are still clearly visible, and the Sun has yet to rise. Three short figures can be seen running silently down the sidewalk. A tall figure sits cross-legged, meditating on his lawn. The tall figure is a teen boy with long and messy blonde hair.
"We have you surrounded, Andrew!" shouted the smallest of the trio, "How are you going to get away this time?"
The figure opened his eyes and smirked. "Like this," he said simply, jumping almost ten feet in the air and over their heads. He landed softly and silently behind the smallest of the three children. He squeezed them all together into a tight bear hug, "What are you three doing up? Shouldn't you be at home?" Andrew asked.
They all had sad expressions on their faces. They all whined and complained, making the sound the chatter of small children.
"You three should be at home sleeping, especially you Jacob," Andrew scolded, "What would you mother think if she knew you snuck out to see me this morning?"
"We're sorry," they whined in unison, yawning. "Could you at least do one of your Karate moves before we go?" Jacob asked, yawning once more.
"No, you guys are going to march yourselves right back home and get some sleep," Andrew said, authority beaming from his voice.
They all gave and audible *harumph* and slumped back to their home just a few houses over.
The Sun just started to peek over the horizon. Andrew stopped to look towards the sunrise thinking about its beauty. He turned to the moon creeping over the edge of the horizon opposite the Sun.
Andrew walked into his house, preparing himself for yet another boring school day.
Andrew lightly sighs, wiping dust off the piano in front of the guitar room. He has a hoodie on, which obscures any view of his face except his mouth. He begins to play Mad World on the piano. He plays the intro then begins singing in a low suprano, high alto voice.

All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places

Bright and early for their daily races
Going nowhere

During the song, a crowd of a couple students gathered around the piano.

Hide my head I want to drown my sorrow
No tomorrow

There were now 17 people watching and listening to Andrew's singing and playing.
And i find it kind of funny
I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which
I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you
I find it hard to take
when people run in
circles it's a very, very
Mad world, Mad world
The crowd began to sway to the song.
Children waiting for the day they feel good
Happy birthday

Went to school and I was very nervous
No one knew me

A couple in the crowd had begun to hold each other, swaying together to the music.

Enlarging your world, Mad world
The song came to an end and the crowd started clapping and whistling. Andrew's eyes widened in the horror of having an audience. The crowd spat out congratulations and compliments only causing Andrew more fear. Someone tried to ask for his name, but the bell rung. Andrew heaved a sigh of relief. Everyone dispersed, heading every which way to 1st period.
Andrew was walking with his best friend Laurence.
"So what should I wear to the con?" Andrew asked.
"A costume maybe, I don't know. But you should definitely not wear the shirt I gave you," Laurence said.
"Agreed," Andrew said
"You shouldn't be worrying about the con though, you should be thinking about your dating life. Get a girlfriend," Laurence said, smirking.
"I'll try my best," Andrew said, chuckling as if it were a joke, "Bye."
"Bye, see you later," Laurence said beginning to walk home.
Chapter 1: Next Stop Equestria
*Hya* *Hiya* *Hiyaa*
Andrew was in his training room assaulting a training dummy with barrages of punches and kicks.
A voice called from upstairs, “Andrew, don’t stay up too late, and set the alarm before you go to bed, okay?”
“Got… it… dad…” Andrew panted. He quickly recomposed himself, then began bounding across the room like a hovercraft.
“I’ll never understand how you do that,” his father said.
Andrew chuckled, “What can I say? I've always been light on my feet.”
“Goodnight,” he shouted from the hallway.
“Goodnight, dad”
Andrew was in his kitchen, eating a bowl of ravioli. He stared out the window to gaze at the moon.
He closed his eyes. “Please, just for a little while,” he said.
He kept staring at the moon as he ate, unaware of the blue figure standing beside him.
“Hello, human,” Andrew recognized the voice as Princess Luna’s.
“Whoa!” Andrew yelped, falling and hitting his head on the counter. He grunted
and held his head in pain. “Well this is certainly not a dream,” he said, “My head is throbbing.”
“I’m sorry,” Luna said sorrowfully, “I didn’t mean to startle you.” Her look was that of genuine concern.
“Wow,” Andrew said, staring at Luna dumbfounded, “Your voice does sound like a teenager’s.”
Luna blushed. “You should know that alicorns are practically immortal, so I just happen to be the age physically of a teenager,” she said rather peeved.
“I’m sorry,” Andrew said, “It’s just really adorable.” Luna’s face got redder.
“Don’t die from my adorableness,” Luna said, “If that’s even possible.” They both laughed.
“So…” Andrew began, “Why have you decided to take me to Equestria? Mind you I am all for the idea.”
“I need someone to train the elite of the Ponyville guard martial arts so they can train recruits. You have expert knowledge of almost all of your planets martial arts, and you wouldn’t be fazed if I took you to Equestria, making you the perfect candidate,” Luna explained.
“I’d be honored,” Andrew said, bowing. “But, um…” he began to look pale, “How much do you know about me?”
Luna’s face went a new shade of crimson, “Way too much!”
“Sorry for that” Andrew apologized.
“It’s okay,” Luna reassured him with a pat of her hoof on his shoulder.
“I wonder what I’ll look like as a pony,” Andrew thought out loud.
“You’ll find out soon,” Luna said. Her horn shined bright and they both disappeared from his kitchen.
“Ughh,” Andrew groaned, waking up, “That was such a weird dream.” He sat up and rubbed the back of his neck with his hoof.
Hoof?!?!?
He began to scramble to all fours only to be stopped by Luna. “I see that this is a hard pill to swallow after all,” Luna said, giggling.
“You got that right,” he exaggerated. “Wait, where will I be staying while I’m here?”
Silence ensued as Luna spoke the next three syllables very clearly, “Ponyville.”
Andrew tried to bounce up and down but instead slammed into the floor face-first.
“Are you alright,” Luna asked.
“I’d take blow to the head just to hear that adorable voice,” Andrew said, getting up and looking her way with a “that’s so cute” look. “Yes,” he said, “I’m perfectly fine, see” He stood up to show he wasn’t hurt.
“While you wait for a place to call home Twilight Sparkle volunteered to house you temporarily,” Luna said, “And while you’re here, you’re my personal protégé much like Twilight is Tia’s”
“Nice,” Andrew said, “So how do I get to Ponyville?”
“By train,” Luna said, “It leaves in 15 minutes, and it’s right outside the castle gate. Here’s your ticket.”
“Thanks Luna,” Andrew said, “Bye!”
“Don’t worry about magic,” Luna shouted down the corridor, “Twilight can help you with that.”
