Scootaloo wakes us in a room that seems to be like a cell in a prison with no memory. Her first action is to escape the place and be reunited with her friends. But as she wonders through the boxed up prison. She learns that everything about her life and the life of others has drastically changed and leaving the place will probably be worse than staying.
