YEGODS! We're in Equestria!

Unghh. I creaked open one of my eyes and looked around. I was in a forest, a very dense one at that. Where there werent trees, there were ferns, shrubs, moss, and grass. Only one thing seemed to be off... Oh, duh. I rolled over off my back and examined my surroundings closer. I was near a clearing with a coppery thing in the middle of it, but that could wait. First of all... My eyes darted to my back, and sure enough, they were there.Two giant wings. I started to panic and tried to stand up, only to fall on my face. What the heck? I looked to my feet and let out a screech. My back feet were lion paws, but what realy got me were my front feet. They were two talons, like on a falco or eagle. They had silvery skin and shiny claws, which, upon closer inspection, happen to be made of metal. I looked back to my lion paws and took them in. They were covered in a silver coat of short fur and had retracted claws also made of metal. I looked for my wings and saw that they were black in color and tipped with metal blades. I let out a low whistle, and my tail flicked. This caught me entirely by surprise and I bolted on all fours into a tree. I crossed my eyes upon impact and saw instead of a nose I had a beak, and it was made of, you guessed it, metal. Whats with all the metal? I mean seriously?! I clicked my claws on my beak and listened to the metallic pings and felt the vibrations coarsing through my face and talons. I felt prepared for anything. In that same moment, a bunny jumped from behind a bush, and I sprinted into the clearing and collided with the copper thing.

"Ungh! Ow! What gives?"

"Wha- whait a sec..." I said, hopping to my feet to see that the copper thing was a pony. A unicorn at that. "Did you just talk?"

"Of course! Why wouldn't I? The better question is why the hay am I talking to a griffon, and how it's talking back?!"

"A griffon?!" I said looking around me."Where?"

"Right there." said the copper pony, pointing at my chest.

"Wha- ohhh! That explains a ton. But what it dosen't explain is why I'm  talking to a unicorn!"

"I'm not a unicorn!" cried the unicorn,"I'm a human!"

"Then why do you have hooves and a horn on your head?"

"No! I'm... a.... unicorn?" said the pony looking at himself. "Aaahhh! I'm a hourse!"

"Unicorn." I corrected. His right hoof shoot to his forehead, where he found his horn. He screamed. Where have I heard that voice before..... It can't be! Can it? "Um... Is your name Garrett, by any chance?"

"Huh! How'd you know my name?!"

"It's me, Andrew." Garrett stopped, and stared. He took in every ounce of me and then set down. I did the same. "So... we were both sucked into this place by a bright purple light and were turned into a pony and a griffon?" He asked finally.

"Seems like it."

"You wouldn't think that this is Equestria, would you?"

"Ummm...ahh..." I looked at Garrett and studied him closely. He was bronze, not copper, and had a maroon mane and tail. He had green eyes and a microchip emblazed on his flanks. "Yeah, that sounds reasonable."

Just then, there was a loud rustling in the bushes on the left side of the clearing. We jumped to our feet, and the bunny that scared me earlier hopped out, followed by a yellow mare with a pink mane and a white mare with huge glasses and a mane of varying shades of blue. Garrett looked at me with a huge grin plastered on his face, while I was dumbstruct and probably had a realy stupid look on my face. The yellow mare walked over to us, while the white one stayed at the edge with a large black box on wheels and surveyed the clearing edges, as if looking for something. The yellow one approached us and spoke almost in a whisper. "Hi my name's Fluttershy and that's Vinyl Scratch over there."

"Pardon?" I asked

"Um. *cough* I'm Fluttershy and that" She pointed her hoof over to the white pony, "is Vinyl Scratch."

"Did you hear that!" screeched Garrett into my ear, "It's Fluttershy and Vinyl!"

"Wow..... It is Equestria." I said, too overwhelmed to react. Instead, I threw up.

"Eww. Come on, lets get you to my house." said fluttershy, putting a hoof around my shoulders.

"Uh, guys, hate to burst your bubble, but we've got trouble!" Cried Vinyl, setting up her box facing the far side of the clearing."Get behind me!" We all quickly ran behind her as a manticore burst through the clearing. Vinyl quickly slamed her hoof down on a button sitting on top of the box. The frond side of it slid open and a giant beam of blue light shot out at the manticore, along with a series of extremely loud wubs and dubs. The beast pawed at its ears as streams of blood trickled out of them. Its tail thrashed around wildly and it ran back into the forest from were it came.

"Come, lets get back to Fluttershys house before more come."
