A man finds himself abruptly and mysteriously in a strange, new land. Though he finds his new predicament rather awkward and off-putting, it seems like the locals are generally friendly and the overall problems few and relatively minor. However, when some residents start to go missing and rumors spread of events unheard of in their history and unexplained by all methods available to them, can this man find a way to survive? And when he meets new friends along the way, will he decide to help them, or will he leave them and their world to a horrible fate?
