My Little Nightmare

It was just an average day in Ponyville. A cyan pegasus by the name of Rainbow Dash was relaxing on a cloud above without a care in the world. Suddenly, she heard a familiar voice.

"Rainbow Dash!" It was her friend, a purple unicorn by the name of Twilight Sparkle.

"Hey, Twilight. What's up?"

"I just got a letter from Princess Celestia, she says she has something to tell us and it's urgent."

"Well, what're we doing sitting around here for!? Let's go. Where are the others?"

"They're all back at the library. C'mon."

They got back to the library to see the other four of their friends waiting for them in the main room. There was a white unicorn named Rarity, a yellow pegasus named Fluttershy, and two earth ponies, one orange and named Applejack and the other pink and named Pinkie Pie. In the room was also Spike, a purple dragon and Twilight's assistant.

"Alright, is everypony ready?" Twilight asked. everypony else just nodded. "Then let's go."

A quick train trip to Canterlot later, they arrived at the castle and trotted into the throne room, only to find the princess in a very depressing state. She was pacing back and forth with tears streaming from her eyes. She was so upset, she didn't even hear the 6 come in. She was whispering to herself "Why in Equestria did it have to be her?"

"We came as soon as we could, your majesty...what's going on?" Twilight asked her mentor

"My sister, Princess Luna, has been murdered." A suprised gasp filled the room as the jaws of the mane 6 immediately hit the floor.
