Chapter 1 The Beginning.

Hello, My name is Drake I'm 22 years old and I'm currently in college trying to become a writer.

I am tall with black hair and grey eyes.

I have borderline ADHD which basically means I have very bad mood swings without my medicine but I always have my medicine on me at all times so I can control my mood independently without much trouble.

People around the campus call me Ashe based off of my grey eyes and black hair and I'm quite a popular kid.

Everyone around the school calls me Ashe even my girlfriend.

My girlfriends name is Jessie. If you want me to be exact Jessie Love.

She's the best girlfriend I have ever had she's nice, elegant, funny, and...cute yet she chose me to be her boyfriend.

I mean..I'm not complaining or anything but I'm nothing compared to her sometimes I wonder how I still have her as my girlfriend.

I mean she always has her hair in a french braid.

and I always have my hair messed up.

She always wears nice clothes.

I wear clothes that are baggy.

sometimes I wonder why she loves me....

I was getting to distracted with this.

I cant write a story when I'm thinking about her. Besides I should probably get some sleep anyways and take a break from writing soulbound.

so I decided to stop working on this chapter of soulbound.

I saved my work and shut the computer off.

"Time to hit the hay!" I mumbled to myself and walked towards my bed to go to sleep.

Lately it had been getting harder for me to go to sleep because someone kept calling my house during the middle of the night but whenever I picked up the phone nobody was there all I could hear was static.

BUT oh well I laid down in my bed and thought about what I would put in my next chapter of soulbound.

As I thought of it my vision started getting hazy..until finally.

I went to sleep.

*RING RING* *RING RING*

It was in the middle of the night that I heard my phone go off.

I was annoyed not just because it was the middle of the night. But because the last time he/she called I told them politely to stop.

I picked up the phone and pressed talk.

My anger growing every second.

"Look I can only deal with this for so long I told you to stop the last time you called idiot,"

Silence and static I should have known this would happen I put the phone to my ear this time yelling.

"DID YOU HEAR ME?"

More silence but then..

"Oh, I heard you loud and clear,"

My anger vanished. I wasn't expecting a response from the person calling.

Soon I had realized what I had just done and I did my best to control my self when I finally cooled down I apologized.

"I'm so sorry sir my anger got the best of me,"

"Don't worry anger is good, It fuels the darkness in your soul,"

I was actually startled abit by this.

I mean if you got a call from a man during the night yelled at him then apologized to him and got that as a response wouldn't you be startled?

"E-Excuse me sir?"

The man chuckled a bit at my response then spoke in a slow voice.

"You will know soon enough.....Drake."

And then the line went dead.

I sat there for a little bit and soaked in what had just happened...

A man called me in the middle of the night telling me anger fuels the darkness in my soul and when

I asked him what he meant he told me I would figure it out...Plus he knew my name.

I mean that was creepy beyond belief to me. It might not scare you but I was horrified.

This man was probably stalking me is what I had put into my mind. And once I grasp an idea like that it sticks no matter how much I try to get rid of it, I tried to go to sleep to take it off my mind but I couldn't go to sleep thinking that if I did the stalker would enter my home and rape me or something.

I eventually fell asleep that night and when I woke up it was 4:00 F*&% I missed class.

It was too late to go to college today and that was because of that idiot calling me.

I mean why did I even worry? It was probably some guy trying to prank me.

I imagined the guy laughing his A$$ off after he was done with the call which he probably did.

But still how would he know my name? He sounded to old to be a college student and everybody calls me Ashe even the teachers.

There was a knock on the door while I stood infront of the door thinking.

I stopped instantly the first thought coming into my mind saying OH GOD IM GONNA GET RAPED.

But luckily for me my brain was still working I checked through the peep hole to see a beautiful girl standing there.

It was my girlfriend Jessie.

Her sweet voice traveled through the door

"Can I come in Ashe?"

Why the heck does she always have to ask when she knows the awnser?

I opened the door to see her with folded across her chest.

"Why weren't you at school?"

I let her pass me as she walked in and sat down on my couch.

"I got another call Jessie,"

She giggled....A cute giggle.

"You and your excuses Ashe,"

I stood there staring at her for a bit then told her what happened.

"The man talked this time Jessie he knows my name,"

You know since shes my girlfriend I would have expected her to be sympathetic torwards me and be like "Awww what did he say" but instead the response I got was this.

"Aww Boo hoo Drake,"

She made a gesture of crying while saying this and then she immediately

looked confused.

"Oh my god Ashe I'm so sorry!" she got up and hugged the still startled me.

I pushed her off of me my anger starting to get the best of me.

I pointed at the door and said the magic words

"You're stressing me out."

This was code for IM FUCKING PISSED GET AWAY OR ELSE.

she got up tears in her eyes and ran to the door the last thing she said to me before she left was

"I'm done."

This only made me angrier because I had just lost the best girl in my life because of this guy.

Whoever he was I was gonna kill him literally

"Then come on Drake do it."

I turned around to see a old man but he still looked like he could take a hit.

I thought for a second but my rage kicked in again I threw a punch at him it collided and what came out wasn't blood but

it was black and smokey.

I threw another punch and then something happened.

I my hand froze completely I looked at my hand which was partially covered in the dark stuff.

The old man wagged his finger at me "Oh no its my turn now."

I assume he punched me but I couldn't see because I flew back into my wall.

He punched me again and I swore I saw him smiling. He would considering he ruined my life just now.

He reared up his fist and punched me again.

What happened next?

I woke up in the middle of a forest.
