Doctor Whooves & Scootaloo

The Doctor woke up in a dark room with chains, covered in blood, hanging from the ceiling. He looked around to find an exit, none. He forgot his Sonic Screwdriver back at the TARDIS, making his chances of escaping go down.

"Damn, where am I?" The Doctor asked to the emptiness.

Where's Scootaloo? Dammit, why is there already danger here?

He looked all over the walls, there was no cracks or openings. He was sealed in. He looked down to see his own saliva, it was dry.

I must have been here for a while. If I was truly sealed then there would be no Oxygen. He confirmed.

He looked at the bloody chains, the blood was fresh. The chains went up to the dark ceiling, The Doctor couldn't tell if it was infinite.

I should climb up, but how? I have hooves!

He tried using his arms but he couldn't hold on. He grab the chains with his hooves, he found this method much more easy. It was difficult to climb, the ceiling seemed to go on forever. The chains where getting bloodier, there was chunks of flesh. The Doctor was disgusted, the flesh was getting into his fur, and he was able to see bone in the flesh. Feeling lightheaded, The Doctor picked up the pace, feeling like there was no end!

The Doctor saw a bit of light and more blood, this time on the walls. He continued up, not stopping for anything, until he saw a arm punctured by one of the chains around him. He was struck with fear, he saw a severed leg covered in blood, he saw the Cutie Mark; it was a Grape.

Oh God what is this place? What have they been doing here!? Why did they take us? I gotta find Scootaloo, fast!

The light was actually the walls up above, the white walls were also covered in blood. The Doctor saw a severed head, the pony's mouth & eyes were sewn together, with bloody tears coming from the eyes. His fear grew heavy, The Doctor pressed on. The whole room must have been 10 stories tall!

The Doctor finally made it to the ceiling, on his left was a window, on his right a blue arm covered in blood. He swung back and forth, he was going to smash through the window. He kicked the window, but it wasn't enough. He accidentally bumped into the blue leg, causing it to fall. It took a few seconds for The Doctor to hear the leg hit the ground, it sounded far.

The Doctor continue to swing, finally breaking the window. He landed on a white floor, he was in a hallway. The walls were white, the ceiling was a little bit too low. The hallway turned a corner to his right behind him, and his left in front of him.

"Ugh, I hate hallways." The Doctor said.

He had difficultly running since he was new to the whole 4 legs thing. He went forward then turned a left, since that was the only direction. He continued to go forward then left, the second hallway had a hallway leading to the right half way through the original hallway. He turned right, in front of him was a Titanium- Iron alloy door, by The Doctor's guess. The keypad was a 5 digit password.

I don't have time for this!

The keypad was nailed, he was lucky he had a long face (lol). He bit the nails and began to twist it until it came off.

ugh, it has that burned mercury taste! Just 3 more to go.

It took The Doctor a few minutes, but he managed to unscrew the last nail with his mouth. He opened the pad, inside were chips, RAMS, wires, and a few lights. The Keypad was a level 7 code, 7 being one of the easiest ( it goes from 1- 25 ). The Doctor than began messing with the wires.

Let's see, cut the blue wire, remove the SG-34 chip, place the 55-F chip here, and then cut the white wire!

"Hah!" He cheered.

The massive door split horizontally, then vertically, and last diagonally. The hallway in front of him had a pentagon shape, the edges had green lights, and there were circuit markings everywhere. The Doctor quickly ran, he took a left then right, he took note of what was around him that was useful but unfortunatly there wasn't.

He found a set of stairs that zig zag it's way up 2 stories. The Doctor slowed down, he didn't get to try walking up stairs. The stairs ended, in front of him was another Titianium Iron alloy door. There were two hallways going left & right, but what surprised The Doctor was that the door needed a security card.

"Blast, without my screwdriver I can't open it!" He exclaimed.

He walked up to the slot on the wall and examined it. No nails or openings, the hallways left & right where dead ends.

Great! Now what? He thought.

The Doctor began examining the door, but with no luck. He pressed his ear against the door, he could hear something. It wasn't a noise but more of a rumble.

Someone's coming!

He step back to the right hallway, then prepared to pounce. The door opened, there were two guards that looked just like the ponies from before. One had a what seemed to be a small black baseball bat, with two blue rings on each end but the handle on his hip.

The Doctor pounced on the first guard, he grab the black bat with his mouth. The bat came to life when he held on the handle, the bat's rings spewed out lighting between them. The Doctor swung the bat at the second guard electrocuting him, and causing him to be throw backwards 5 feet away.

The first guard threw The Doctor off him, both The Doctor and the guard stood up. The Doctor knew he would lose the fight, he never hooves fight somepony before. He threw the bat at the guard, the guard was surprised by this. The bat electrifying him, making him collapsed, and go unconscious.

The Doctor walked up to the guard, he had a green card with a blue line on top with random numbers.

well that was lucky

The Doctor grab the key card (mouth), walked over to the slot, and slid the card across it. The door opened, The Doctor took the bat with him and became running forward.

Don't worry Scootaloo, I'll be there before you know it!

Where am I? Thought Scootaloo.

She was alone, cold, and scared. She looked around but was only greeted by darkness. The only thing she could see was her own hooves, like they were shining but light didnt reflect back.

"Doctor? Hello!" She yelled

There was no pony around. She was alone. Scootaloo walked, but couldn't find anything.

She heard a voice, it was quiet. It was telling her something.

"What! Hello! Who's there?" Scootaloo asked.

The voice grew louder but still was hard to hear.

"Hello?"

"you're . . . less" it said

"W-what?" Asked Scootaloo

"YoU'rE wOrThLeSs!" it shouted!

"AHHHH!" Screamed Scootaloo

"It WaS aLwAyS yOuR fAuLtE¡"

"AHHHHH! What are you talking about?!"

"YoU KnOw WhAt Im TaLkInG aBoUt!!!!¡101!!"

" NO I DON'T!" Screamed Scootaloo.

"IT WAS YOUR FAULT! ALL YOUR FAULT, YOU'RE THE REASON THEY'RE DEAD, YOU'RE THE REASON WHY YOU'RE ALONE! AND NOW YOU, ARE GONNA BE THE REASON WhY yOuLl Be AlOnE, fOrEvEr!"

"Wha-IT WAS NEVER MY FAULT THEY DIED! I NEVER WANTED THEM TO GO!!! AND IM NOT ALONE!"

"YOU ARE SO SAD, YOU EVEN CONVINCE YOURSELF THAT YOU DIDN'T DO IT. EVERYTHING POINTS TO YOU, AND YOU KNOW IT!"

"I DIDN'T KILL THEM! WHO ARE YOU? GO AWAY!"

"YOU NEVER CHANGE YOU WORTHLESS BRAT! YOUR FRIENDS AVOID YOU, ALL YOUR LIFE IS JUST SUFFERING! WHY DON'T YOU JUST DIE YOU STUPID WORTHLESS TRASH! ALL YOU DO IS STARVE, STARVE, STARVE. YOU DO EVERYTHING THING JUST TO GET A STUPID MARK ON YOUR ASS! YOU'RE SO PATHETIC! "

"SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UUUUUUUPPP!!!"

"YOU'LL JUST SUFFER MORE, PAIN WILL ALWAYS GUIDE YOU! WHAT'S THE POINT IN LIVING IF YOU'LL NEVER BE HAPPY! TELL ME SCOOTALOO! TELL ME WHY YOU DID IT? WHY WHY, WHHY!!!!"

Scootaloo couldn't take it, tears were running down her cheeks. Memories of her childhood flooded through, her parents, friends, and house. She saw blood everywhere, bones hanging. She began to run, she was blinded by her own tears. She wanted it to stop, she wanted to run away, she was crying for her salvation.

Scootaloo had enough, it was like a giant weight collapsed in her heart. She was faced to a mirror covered in blood. She was horrified, she wanted to look away. All she saw was her and a hole in her chest, spewing out blood.

"NOOOOOOOOO!!!!" She screamed

The mirror cracked and fell to pieces. The darkness of the floor started to crack, then gave way. Scootaloo started falling into the infinite darkness.

As she was falling, grey clouds were forming around her. They began to form pictures, one showed Applebloom in Sweet Apple Acres, another showed Sweetie Belle, and the last one showed Rainbow Dash.

"Look at you, you're so pathetic. How did I ever become friends with yOu¿!" Said Applebloom.

"How could anypony love you? Even your parents didn't love yOu." Said Sweetie Belle.

"Why can't you just die you little brat? I can't believe you wanted me to be your sister. IDiOt." Said Rainbow Dash in the most Darkest tone.

Scootaloo was in despair, nobody loved her.

She wanted to die.

Why couldn't she just die.

She wanted the nightmare to end.

She wanted everything to end.

Then all she saw was a pair of blue eyes that seemed to have suffered an eternity. . .

"scootaloo, you okay?"

"Huh? *sniff* Where am I?" Asked Scootaloo.

"Oh thank the stars you're alright! Get up, we need to go!" Said The Doctor.

'D-d-Doctor?"

"Yes! It's okay Scootaloo, it was just a nightmare. You're gonna be fine, I promise!"

"Nightmare?"

"Yes, those ponies have set you up in this machine. It causes you to experience your worst fears."

The machine was 2 stories tall, wires were popping out. There were ponies on the ground, some were on a table hooked up to a monitor.

"W-why?"

"These ponies feed on cortisone, a chemical that cause sadness, they are also using other chemicals to fuel their spacecraft to get back home. They need about 1,000,000,000,000,000 Tons of Chemicals that you ponies produce to get off this planet! Following me so far?" Asked The Doctor.

"Huh, I think so. Wait so they're aliens!?" Asked Scootaloo.

"Uhh, yes! They appear to call themselves The Rytions."

"W-we have to stop them! We can just let everypony suffer like this!"

"Agreed, but how?"

"I-I don't know." Said Scootaloo.

"Hmmm, Ah! Has anything weird happen in Ponyville?" Asked The Doctor.

"Not really, just heat waves, and street candles going off at night-"

"-Wait heat waves, street candles going off (street candles last all night)! AHH, Doctor you are so stupid! How did I not notice the temperature!" He exclaimed.

"What? I don't get it." Said Scootaloo.

"They're not going to get enough fuel just by using all these ponies. They must be using any nearby plasma to use as fuel. Hint, the street candles go out faster! They must be using an Sv1.0 Plasma Farmer to gather all types of plasma from this world. The machine also creates heat, causing the heat waves. If I can just get my screwdriver I might be able to corrupt the machine to self destruct!"

"B-but, wouldn't that kill everypony?"

"No, the machine isn't that powerful. We're going to need to gather most of these Rytions to the Plasma Farmer, but I also need my screwdriver! Hmm, Scootaloo did you see any computers on your way here?"

"U-uh, yeah! When they were dragging me here I saw a weird computer thing down that hall," Scootaloo pointed to the door on the left. "Why? What are you gonna do?" She questioned.

"I need you to get out of here!"

"W-w-what? What about you! I can't just leave everypony behind!"

"Shh, don't worry. Here take this."

The Doctor handed Scootaloo a sliver key, Scootaloo had never seen such a weird key.

"W-what, is it?"

"It's the key to my TARDIS, I need you to go inside, grab a weird golden screwdriver, then meet me at the entrance of their base! I'll distract the Rytions long enough for you to escape. Can you do that?"

"I-I-I'll try."

"Good, come on then!"

The Doctor and Scootaloo opened the door Scootaloo mention earlier, ahead of them was a Rytion computer. They both walked up to it, the hallways were the same as before.

"Okay, let's see. The security card says: 37S3Bg197. Maybe that's the password?" The Doctor said.

He enter the code, to his surprise it work. The computer screen had yellow out lines, the words (symbols) were purple, and the background was black.

"Okay, map. Of. Base. Haha! Here we are. There's a exit near us, I'll take you there Scootaloo. Once you escape and come back with my screwdriver go to this computer, enter the password with this card," The Doctor handed Scootaloo the card. "Go to alarms, it's this button, and press the emergency shut down, it's the longest one. I'll know that you got it, I'll race back to get you, we'll go to the Plasma Farmer, gather all the Rytion there, and book it!"

"O-o-okay, I don't know if I can do this!"

"Yes you can! Theres also one important thing you must remember, this could be your very salvation, always do this because this will be the reason why you are alive!"

"W-what?" Asked Scootaloo.

"Run."

"Where's the computer?" Asked Scootaloo.

"I don't know, the map said there was one right here." Said The Doctor.

They were in some kind of cave, behind them was the same pentagon hallway from before. In front of them another Titainium-Iron alloy door, the hallway was also blending in to the dirt and rocks of the cave.

"Maybe the map was wrong?"

"No it can't, the map showed it was right here!"

The Doctor pressed on the rock in front of him, cause it to sink into the wall. The rock moved to the side and behind it was the computer.

"Or maybe they hid it, so nopony can find it!" Exclaimed Scootaloo.

"Now we're getting somewhere!" Cheered The Doctor.

The Doctor entered the password, and finding the right button. To his amazement, typing on these computer were quite easy even though he had hooves. The door opened, revealing Ponyville just half a mile away.

"You ready?" Asked The Doctor.

"Y-yeah, I guess."

"Good, remember: Press the 'Emergency Shut Down' button here, and I come back for you. Got it?"

"Got it!"

"Good, now Go!"

Scootaloo quickly dashed straight for Ponyville, leaving The Doctor alone.

"Alright you Rytion scum," Cursed The Doctor. "You wanna feed on tears, I'll give you something to cry about!"

The Doctor began messing with the computer, trying to find the alarm. He found the command: SEND ALL GUARDS TO;.

He scrolled down the list: Farm room, Weapons room, Meeting room, Bunkers, Infirmary, and lastly the Plasma Farm room.

*beep*

"ACCRHIT: SHHHVO BOOGCHI LACLAC HUGF ACRECTIC CE! (Attention: All guards to Plasma room; Code 10)

"Alright you Rytion trash, come and get me!"

Scootaloo raced through the streets of Ponyville, the Everfree was just a half mile away. Scootaloo turned left at the shopping district, only to find 5 guards patrolling the area.

Really? You gotta be kidding me! Why are they here? Above all places! Thought Scootaloo.

"Gracqt, Morord Ace Volk blok naf (Area cleared, no equines in sight.)" Said one of the guards.

A unicorn guard paused for a moment.

"Uh folg, Dicect lorp vorlc: garvq pyt gy (An alarm has been triggered: Level 10, Go!)!" He said.

They quickly dashed back to their base, not noticing the eyes in the bush they passed. Scootaloo quickly hopped out of the bush, checked if the coast was clear, then dashed to the Everfree Forest.

She passed by a few guards returning back to the base, but she was lucky they were a safe distance. She made it to the outskirts of town, she could see the TARDIS in the distance. But that wasn't the only thing Scootaloo saw, 3 guards stood outside the TARDIS examinating the blue box.

Oh no, what do I do? She thought.

Scootaloo was hiding behind a store just outside the town, she looked around for anything to distract them. She found a wagon behind her filled with hammers and tools, behind the wagon was a construction site.

I think I know what to do. Scootaloo thought.

"HEY GUYS!" Yelled Scootaloo to the guards in the distance.

They quickly took notice, then dashed straight for the construction site. Scootaloo got down from the 4 story tall structure, and made her way down stairs.

The guards spilt up, one went to the back, one stayed outside, and the third will pursue Scootaloo. The first guard made it to the back, he started looking around. Right when he saw 2 purple eyes, he fell into unconsciousness.

Scootaloo kicked the wagon full of hammers and tools at the guard, multiple tools fell on top of him knocking him out. The third guard heard the ruckus, and dashed to the back room. He saw his friendly down and a purple tail going up the stairs. He chased after the pony, then found her trapped in a room just on the other side. He walked to her, then suddenly couldn't feel the floor underneath him, then went into unconsciousness.

Scootaloo saw the guard fall through the hole which she hid with a rag or something. She made her way upstairs, then over the edge. She saw the guard right where she wanted him. Scootaloo pushed a wagon filled with bricks on to the edge, the guard never knew had fell on top of him.

Scootaloo cheered in victory, then made her way downstairs. She headed straight for the TARDIS.

Upon arrival she check if she wasn't followed, then open the door. She lost her breath, it looked so much bigger than before. She saw a golden stick on the floor, the Sonic Screwdriver.

"This must be it!" Scootaloo cheered.

"THAT'S RIGHT! COME AND GET ME!" Taunted The Doctor.

The Rytions were on his tail, hundreds of them. They were shooting some type of gun that looks similar to a SCAR-H, but white, they were mounted with a saddle on their backs, they only need one hoof to fire it.

They started firing, the weapons shot heavily consetraded gamma rays, they have no color but what gives them away is how they distort light.

They G-waves kept coming, but The Doctor was too quick. The Doctor continued to run, he continued to run in a circle multiple times. The Rytions were in a rage, but The Doctor continued to insult them.

"HA! I NEVER MET SUCH A SLOW FORM OF ORGANISMS IN MY LIFE! WHY DON'T YO-just. Quit . . . oh dear."

The Doctor was trapped, he made it to a vein that cut of in a "+" formation. The Rytions blocked all the paths, guns and bat ready to attack.

"You have interfered with our plans for far too long Doctor, you will not escape this time!" One of them said.

"Wait, this time? What do you mean 'this time'?" The Doctor asked.

"HA, you truly are stupid Doctor! You can't even remember what you did to us!"

"Or I haven't did them yet."

"What? What are you talking about!?" The Rytion demanded.

"Well I'm a time lord, I can be at any point in time & space at anytime. Since I haven't done anything to you but you say I have in the past, that can only mean one thing idiots: My future self will go back to the past and ruin your day." The Doctor said in the most darkest tone.

W-what?! IMPOSSIBLE!!!"

"Not for me, you just gave me a spoiler that Guarantees that I will stop you, you can't change what will happened! How else will all those things I do in the past happen? Sorry chumps, but you just sealed your FATE!"

"WHAT! NO! FIRE! KILL HIM, KILL HIM!" He ordered.

And just when they were about to fire, just as The Doctor expected, the power went out.

"WHAT HAPPENED!? KILL HIM YOU IDIOTS, KILL HIM!"

They all opened fire, everything seemed to be distorted. The Doctor planned for this, he simply did the most easly thing to do: Duck.

The blasts came from all directions, they all wizzed over The Doctor. The blast ended up killing a Rytion on the other side of the blockade. They continued firing, unaware that they were killing their own men. When the onslaught died down, all the Rytions surrounding The Doctor have died by their own friendlies.

"Now that's one way to make an escape." The Doctor said.

Now, time to get Scootaloo.

Where is he?! Thought Scootaloo.

She could hear more and more Rytions coming, most of them past her. Though one managed to spot her.

"Equine scum, you're coming with me!"

"Oh No!"

Scootaloo looked everywhere, he was coming closer. There was no escape, Scootaloo began to walk backwards. The Sonic Screwdriver fell from her ear, then rolled front of her. There was a button on it, this was her only option. Scootaloo grab the screwdriver, pointed it at the Rytion, then pressed the button with her teeth.

She closed her eyes, hoping something might happen. The screwdriver began making a weird sound but then was accompanied by another noise. Scootaloo heard something fall, it sounded heavy. She opened her eyes, only to find a silver bar on top of the Rytion.

"Oh my Gosh, that worked!" She cheered, dropping the screwdriver.

She heard footsteps coming her way, a lot of them. Then around the corner dashed a brown pony Scootaloo thought she never see. The Doctor was being heavily fired by more G-waves. He ran up to Scootaloo, picked up the screwdriver, and lifted Scootaloo on his back. They quickly dashed out of the room in time before they were cornered.

"Hey Scootaloo, long time no see! Good job by the way! We're almost done, we just need to get to the plasma room, most of the Rytion are going there as we speak!" He said.

"Okay!" *Vroooom* "Whoa! What was that!" Yelled Scootaloo.

"Gamma rays, heavily concentrated, don't touch them."

More blast were coming, The Doctor was running out of options.

"Scootaloo!" The Doctor began messing with screwdriver (with his mouth) then gave it to her. "Point it at anything, just press the green button!" He shouted.

"Got it!"

She pressed the button at a wall, almost all the G-waves turned towards it cause a massive explosion. The Rytion were stopped instantly, they lost sight of them.

"Whoa! That. Was. AWESOME!" Cheered Scootaloo.

"It's not over yet. We're here!"

They made it to a large room that looked like a rotunda, in the center was a cylinder shaped machine with pipes coming in and out of the wall to the machine. The temperature began to rise as they got closer, there was a panel.

"Alright! Now-I. Just. need. too. . ." The Doctor passed out.

"wake up. Wake up!please wake up!"

"Uhh, what?"

"Wake up!"

"What? What happen?"

"You past out! They're hundreds of them! We're trapped!"

The Doctor got up and dashed to the panel, the began hacking the system.

"Come on! Come on! NO NO NO! WHY?!" He yelled.

"W-what? What's wrong?!" Scootaloo asked

"I can't hack it, even my screwdriver can't hack it! It has no self destruct! There's only a shut off, but it will take too long, it won't stop the Rytion, they'll just keep coming back! I need time!"

"W-what do we do?!"

Then The Doctor said something that send a cold chill down Scootaloo's spin.

"I. Don't. Know!"

The Doctor began pacing, he was sweating and his pupils became small. Shadow of Rytions were passing by in the windows above. They were trapped.

"W-wait, if this thing sucks in fire or whatever, can't we just send something that's heat related to blow it up?" Scootaloo asked.

"Scootaloo You are a GEINUS!" Cheered The Doctor.

He pulled out his screwdriver, he pointed up into the air.

"What are you doing?"

"You were right, the machine sucks in heat/ plasma if I can just find a few hydrogen particles, heat them up a bit, the machine will drag them into it, the machine will heat it up dramatically, and it will blow up and bingo! Got it!" He exclaimed.

Scootaloo saw a yellow mist that emitted heat, it then went through the machine. The machine then started rattling. Hundreds of Rytions were in the room, but The Doctor and Scootaloo were already gone.

"We have to hurry back to the farm room, we can lock the Titanium-iron alloy doors to protect us, and we'll be safe!"

They made it back, The Doctor quickly started hacking the panel, the door closed. They're was banging on the door and then.

*BOOM*

The whole room started to shake, causing wires to fall and then lights out.

"Uuuhhhh, what happened?" Asked Applebloom.

"A-Applebloom, is that you? I had the worst nightmare." Said Sweetie Belle.

"Me too, where's Scootaloo?"

"Hey gals!" Said Scootaloo.

"What? Scoots, where are we?" Asked Applebloom.

"In Sugarcube Corner. You all fell asleep in fact everypony did!" She said.

"Huh?"

"Yeah it was weird! But we're okay nothing bad happen!"

"Weird I remember seein' these weird ponies dragging me into a cave."

"Heh, must have been a weird dream." Said Scootaloo with a grin.

Everypony was getting up, not knowing what has happen but one.

Scootaloo looked up into the sky only to see a magical blue box flying away with an amazing pony, as if they will see each other again.

"Thanks Doctor." Whispered Scootaloo.
