My Life With A Fluffy Pony
Introducing A Fluffy To Her New Home
Previous ChapterNext ChapterNot thinking to have brought my car with my, I had to walk home. Not like I minded, as instead of holding the wheel I could hold Ruby Blue instead. As I stroked her, she nuzzled her head into my T-Shirt, and eventually fell asleep. It truly was a beautiful day, both in the turn of events and the time of year itself. I wish I could have stayed outside and enjoy the day, but I had to get Ruby Blue to her new home. About twenty minutes of walking later, I arrive at my place. I was the middle one of three boys in my family, and I was the... Least favorite. So, when my parents died a few years back, they left me with the piece of crud I live in. The place is only one level, no basement or anything, a bathroom, a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and a guest room. Not like I had any guests. It may sound like a pretty good set-up, but it wasn't. The rooms were okay sized, but the puke brown carpet, (I dont even think it was brown before I got it) the white walls revealing every little stain, and the smell itself didn't leave the impression that I could take care of a Fluffy.
Also, me not having a job, my little money I got from my parents was quickly burning out. I took a sigh, then walked into the house. I cradled the sleeping Ruby Blue in my arm as I used the other to open the door, then stepped into my cruddy home. The smell hit me like a wall, having had been in the clean air so long, and Ruby Blue awoke too. "Waah! Dis smel nawt pwettee!" She began to bawl, and I had to think fast. I set the tiny animal onto the crusty carpet, and ran into my bathroom, yanked open the medicine cabinet, and looked for the emergency freshener spray. I knew I was making a big deal about it, but I seriously didn't want Ruby to dislike me. I found the apple scented spray, bolted back to Ruby, and began to spray the living room. After a few moments, Ruby stopped wailing, and smiled at the scent of apple. I smiled too, and bent down to pick her back up.
Ruby Blue giggled a bit, and held her stubby hooves out expectantly, chirping "Hugsies daddeh! Hugsies!" I was about to wrap my hand around her small middle as a makeshift hug, but decided that he should train her a bit in manners. "Say please Ruby Blue, or no hugs." I told her firmly, but not meanly. "No hugsies?" She said, her small voice wavering. "I will give you hugsies, just say please." I replied, a bit firmer. "Pweeze?" She tried, and I wrapped my hand around her, as she held it with those small hooves, a smile unwillingly spread across my face, but then I put her down when she started saying "Daddeh! Mah tummeh haz owies! No wan owies!" Not knowing what to feed her, I jumped onto my crummy computer, pulled up Google, and and typed in "Fuzzy Ponies". A link came up, saying Fuzzy Ponies-Care, Feeding, And Cleaning.
I clicked the link, and The website came up. Mini links labeled as "Care, Feeding, Cleaning, and Other" showed at the top, and I clicked the Feeding one. I tried to ignore Ruby Blue's hollering for food as I read, then encountered the few sentences I needed.
Fluffies can eat most human foods, but they CANNOT eat meat. Fluffies are herbivorous, but other than that, there is nothing a Fluffie can't eat. A Fluffies favorite meal is spaghetti, or, "Skitties" is what a Fluffy calls it. DO NOT PUT MEATBALLS IN THE SPAGHETTI!
