"What?" When she turns around a pink blob run straight into her and knocks her to the ground. "Oh... Hi Pinkie."

"Hey Dashie. I was wonderin when the next fun thing was 'wink wink' cause you said I could have fun with you guys at one of your fun things."

"Hey AJ want a ride?"

"I would never..." Applejack climbs on her back and holds on for dear life. With one flap their off the ground after three their in the air and heading to school.

Arrive at school...

It just depend what angle your looking at it or them. Their personality  or their appearance. What you do and don't like."

"Hey you are not new girl any more keep up with everyone else's or detention. GO!!!"

"Applejack!!!! Get away from her, GET!!!!" They back away while Rainbow picks her up and flys away towards the orchard. "Big Mac or Granny Smith might know why she collapsed. Oh I see the farm! HELLO SOMEBODY HELP I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!"

"Help it's AJ she collapsed in gym. I thought you guys might know why, you know why right?" She says while landing in front of him.

"Sorry Granny, where is it again?"

"Over here..." She walks in to the kitchen after him. Then they walk out with a cup of water and a pill... Then Mac walks out with a huge inhaler thingy.

"Um, what's that?"

"To help 'er with 'er breathin... Hey ow. What's that for?" He said after Granny smacks his arm getting a snicker from Rainbow then a glare from Mac.

"AJ at least deserves to tell Rainbow 'er self!"

"Ya mean ya haven't told 'er?"

"No I have not. This is AJ problem and she should tell Rainbow on 'er own... Now Rainbow why don't ya tell us what happened."

"Ok, so we're in gym and the coach tells us to run 30 laps and someone trips her on her 15th and she cuts her knee..." She says pointing to the very bloody knee. "She tells the coach it's bad and he says finish your laps and then you can go to the nurse. She starts running again but is limping and the coach starts yelling at her that she's not the new girl anymore and she had to keep up with everyone else or she'll get detention. She starts coughing into her hand and the coach keeps yelling at her then after the 2ed time he tells her that I defend her. She says I don't have to well she starts to but she collapses to the ground and when I go up to her I see..." Pointing to her lips, hand, and arm where she coughed into... "I saw it was bloody... That she was coughing up blood so I brought her here. Why was she coughing blood?"

Granny answers worry in her eyes mixed with determination. "Sweetie ya gota keep stickin up fer 'er she needs ya. With 'er condition she will turn up like this more... She will explain it to ya more but that gym coach and tha school know 'bout 'er condition and that she shouldn't be doin anythin to crazy for a while. That gym coach coulda killed 'er if ya didn't bring 'er here." Granny finishes while during her speech Big Mac was hooking up the inhaler.

A few minutes later...

"Hhhhh..." She takes a deep needed breath.

"He could have killed you and you were going to tell me to leave it alone... Your lucky I have enough sense to bring you to the farm... Now they said it was your thing to tell me so tell me everything..." She was so worried not even her anger could hide it... When Applejack just looked down to the blankets of her bed where she now lay she just looked disappointed and upset. Her face and all of Rainbows worry pushed her over the edge and she burst into tears. "You could have died AJ do you know what that means I could have lost you, we could have lost you and you can't even tell your girlfriend about it." She says between cries.

"Ah'm so sorry Rainbow I should da told ya your right but ah don't like bring in it up. It's not like I just go around sayin 'oh I got this and that' it's just... Your right ah'm wrong ah should da told ya. Come 'ere its ok ah'm ok now stop your cryin sugar cube... Shh it's alright now."

"I saw the blood. You passed out, just collapsed. Granny said you could of died. Mac said you had breathing problems. I don't know what to think AJ, please just tell me long or short story I'm all ears... Please?" She says while lying down next to her resting her head on her chest and slowly stoping her cryin so AJ could start her story.

"Ok, ah already told ya what happened in Manhattan, right?" She gets a small node. "Ah told ya ah was gonna stay another year to help out the Oranges well tha was the plan but its not wha happened. I got really sick coughin up blood passing out from lack o' breath stuff like tha, they took meh to tha hospital and when tha doctors told them wha ah had and ah needed surgery that's why ah stayed for more then a year. If ah had just stayed for a year ah would a got home 2 years ago. The surgery put me into a coma for the rest of that year and part of the next. When ah did get out of tha hospital it was months later. Ah couldn't go home cause the doctors wanted ta watch meh to make sure ah was in good health. When ah did get home ah still wasn't in any condition to help out around the farm so they sent meh ta school. The school couldn't over work meh. If ah got a cut that's big enough ah would have ta go to tha nurse cause mah body isn't strong enough ta not pass out, feel dizzy, or get clumsy dependin on tha size. Also if ah over work mah self or just work out for ta long without ah break ah cough blood or pass out. Since ah had a cut big enough to make meh dizzy and ah was coughin blood ah ended up passin out."

"AJ just tell me what this mystery sickness is so we can work through this together, no matter what where or when I will always be there for you. I'll even pinkie promise and you can never 4 ever break one..."

"NEVER!!!" Pinkie says before disappearing back into the cup she came from getting a confused look from AJ.

"She's Pinkie, she's random. Anyway look Pinkie Promise, cross my heart hope to fly stick a cup cake in my eye..." She says going through the movements. "So what is it?" She gives her a worried but conferring smile and a kiss.
