Vergil in Equestria

Vergil awoke from his slumber.

Heh. I should have known it.... He thought to himself.

He then realized he was still in the guest room.

Damn it. Not a dream. He finished.

He groaned for a bit and grabbed Yamato and headed downstairs. When he came to the bottom floor Twilight and Spike were nowhere to be seen.

"Where could they be?" He asked himself.

"Come one, come all! Come and witness the amazing magic of the Great and Powerful Trixie!" A voice shouted.

Vergil was very confused. Who was making that noise? He trotted outside and then saw a giant stage with a lot of ponies surrounding it. Then a flash of smoke came out and a blue unicorn with a white mane and dressed up in purple wizard hat and cloak.

Another boaster. I hate boasters. The dark slayer thought.

"Watch in awe as the Great and Powerful Trixie performs the most spectacular feats of magic ever witnessed by pony eyes!" The unicorn who was obviously Trixie shouted.

Vergil rushed through the croud until he got up to the Mane Six.

"Twilight. Who is that pony up there?" He asked.

"Apparently it's somepony by the name of Trixie." Rainbow Dash said.

"She's claiming she's the best at magic ever." Rarity said.

"More like a complete show off." Applejack said.

"Well, well, well, it seems we have some neighsayers in the audience. Who is so ignorant as to challenge the magical ability of the Great and Powerful Trixie? Do they not know that they're in the presence of the most magical unicorn in all of Equestria?" Trixie said.

"So, "Great and Powerful Trixie". What makes you think you're so awesome, anyway?" Dash asked.

"Heh, why, only the Great and Powerful Trixie has magic strong enough to vanquish the dreaded Ursa Major!" Trixie shouted.

Her horn then started glowing as a magical screen showed her story.

"When all hope was lost, the ponies of Hoofington had no one to turn to, but the Great and Powerful Trixie stepped in, and with her awesome magic, vanquished the Ursa Major and sent it back to its cave deep within the Everfree Forest!" She said.

More like faker and charletin. I can see past her lies. Vergil thought.

"Don't believe the Great and Powerful Trixie? [chuckles] Well then, I hereby challenge you, Ponyvillians -- anything you can do, I can do better. Any takers? Anyone? Hmm? Or is Trixie destined to be the greatest equine who has ever lived!?" Trixie shouted.

Almost immediately Applejack ran up onto stage and got a lasso. She then started twirling it around with just her tail and doing many tricks and finished up by grabbing an apple.

"Top that, missy." AJ said.

Snake charmer music then went off as Trixie leviated the lasso and tied up AJ by her hooves and then finished her humiliation.

"Once again, the Great and Powerful Trixie prevails."

Rainbow Dash then flew right up and said,

"There's no need to go struttin' around and showin' off like that. That's my job!"

Then in a quick flash Dash spun around really fast creating a tornado and then landed perfectly. Unfortunately Trixie sabotaged the tornado and ended up sucking Dash into the twister and then spat right out and slammed into the ground. Then she was struck with lightning.

"What we need is another unicorn to challenge her. Someone with some magic of her own." Spike said.

"Well if you must..." Vergil started.

"No that's quite alright Vergil. I take your hint, but Rarity is above such nonsense. Rainbow Dash and Applejack may behave like ruffians, but Rarity conducts herself with beauty and grace." Rarity said.

"Ooo, what's the matter? Afraid you'll get a hair out of place in that rat's nest you call a mane?" The boastful unicorn insulted.

"Oh, it. Is. On! You may think you're tough with all of your so-called powers, but there's more to magic than your brutish ways. A unicorn needs to be more than just muscle. A unicorn needs to have style." Rarity said.

She used some magic to make her mane and tail incredibly beautiful. Unfortunately Trixie cast a spell and the entire thing became a big green mess. She then ran off the stage crying. Normally Vergil wouldn't get involved in such silliness but the boastful mess that's Trixie had gone too far. He didn't appreciate Applejack getting humiliated, he enjoyed Dash's torment but when Rarity got humiliated, the one who saved him from extinction... well.... something snapped in Vergil's self-consciousness.

"THAT IS ENOUGH!!!!" He shouted.

He then jumped high into the air and landed hard on the stage causing a shock wave to go throughout Ponyville.

"If you think your gonna get away with humiliating these innocent ponies. Then you have another thing coming. You claim your the best.... But your nothing more than a fake, a charlatin and a side of flim-flam." He said.

Everypony then gasped that such pony was making such accusations.

"Well lookie what we have here. Another neigh-slayer. And a newbie. And he claims that the Great and Powerful Trixie is nothing more than a fake? Well let's see who the real fake here is.... you misguided foal." Trixie said.

"... Let us see who the fool is." Vergil said coldly.

Trixie's horn glowed and then out of nowhere monsters came out of nowhere and they advanced on the dark slayer. He blocked their attacks with his sheathed sword and then unsheathed it and then did an upper slash on one monster cutting it in half and blood spilling on the ground. The next monster came at him but Vergil responded with a Yamato Combo which left the monster in pieces and more blood spilling. The dark slayer then sheathed his sword. Two monsters advanced on Vergil but he Upper Slashed them sending them up into the air and jumping up and did an Aerial Rave. When Vergil landed he was safe, the two monsters were cut into threes and even more blood spilled. He then looked over at the last monster and performed a Rapid Slash thrusting Yamato deep into the monster and pulled it out by pulling up through the monsters head as blood sprayed all over the audience. Vergil looked at his hair and saw that it went down like Dante's and sighed and pushed it back to it's original form. Trixie was shocked and at the same time scared. So was the audience. A pony just killed a couple monsters and in term cutting them into pieces without the least bit of remorse.

"B-b-b-b-b-b. That means nothing. It just prooves never to send a mindless creature to do a unicorn's job." Trixie said nervously. She then fired magic blasts toward Vergil. He simply sighed as his horn started glowing and his Summond Swords appeared. He then thrust his hoof forward sending them flying and piercing through the blasts and destroying them. They were about to hit Trixie but they just landed around her.

"Uh-uh-uh-uh-uh. That was just... dumb luck." The boaster unicorn stuttered.

She then produced a bundle of clones around Vergil.

"Let's see if you can guess who the real one is."

"I don't have to." Vergil said coldly.

Suddenly in a flash lightning Beowulf appeared on his hooves. He then lifted them up and laid a couple jabs on the clones until three clones were left. He then rushed towards the first and performed a Beowulf combo and a Starfall. He then laid a a Lunar Phase on the second and for the big finale a Rising Sun on the last clone. The clones then disappeared but not before some blood flowed onto the ground. Then Beowulf disappeared and the dark slayer stared cold daggers at the show pony. At this point Trixie was freaking out... nopony had made this far on one of her shows and nopony had showed such coldness and mercilessnes. She was freaking out so much she was sweating bullets. Vergil then quickly ran up to her and put Yamato up to her neck.

"You call yourself Great and Powerful. But in truth you are Pathetic and Weak. You show off your abilities to gain recognition when you should actually do it to help others. And your magic is weak along with your power. By showing so much you waste it all and you leave yourself open to weakness." The dark slayer said.

He then slid Yamato across Trixie's neck but with not enough force to slit it. But to add to punishment and humiliation he shoved Yamato into Trixie's front hoof.

"This is a punishment for your ignorance."

He then shoved his sword deeper causing more pain for Trixie.

"You should learn not to waste your abilities and power."

He then shoved Yamato so far the entire blade went through her hoof and through her back hoof.

"Might controls everything, and without strength you cannot protect anything. Let alone yourself."

He then quickly heaved Yamato out of Trixie's hooves but still causing pain a little blood to spill and then caused her to fall down onto the ground and failed to get up. He then looked upon his blade and saw blood all over it and then he swiped his sword causing the blood to fling onto Trixie. He then sheathed Yamato and then just trotted off with a cold smirk on his face. At this point everypony's mind was blown..... not the good kind and not the literal kind. First the new pony killed monsters without a care in the world and now he had just injurred a civilian with extreme coldness and viciousness. And his 'Might controls everything' speech really freaked them out. For the Mane Six and Spike they were extremely shocked... Especially Rarity and Twilight. The one who had helped him and the one who let him live in her home had just done terrible acts nopony else would do. Vergil then trotted past the audience as two young ponies named Snips and Snails tried to help thier hero up on the stage. One thought rang throughout Twilight's mind and that thought was,

Vergil...... Why?
