Bumble Blitz is a father who has watched his beloved daughter Pastel mistreated, shunned and bullied for what she is. With the death of his last living relative Bumble sees no reason to remain tied to his ancestral home. With years of scrimping and saving behind him he finally calls in the last few favours the traditional community owes his family and leaves. But where will a filly like Pastel be happy, free to be what she is?

Pastel Dream is different from every other Pony she knows, at least that’s what they say, but she doesn’t think so. As words and actions take a heavy toll upon her in ways she is too young to understand, her father takes her to a new town away from her tormentors, but not all problems are so easy to fix.

A creature from myth and legend, acknowledged only in the most ancient of codices find herself far from home, the home she knows and the home she does not. Can the love and friendship of Ponyville mend wounded hearts both young and old? Will an ancient tragedy be repeated?
