In a world where every person has one of three specific abilities, Spike is the sole human without either ability. Always living in his sister's shadow, sheltered from the world, and everyone patronizing him for not being capable of what everyone else is. Fed up with always being made to feel inferior by everyone around him, Spike finally takes off to prove that just because he doesn't have abilities like everyone doesn't mean he is helpless.

Spike is adopted into the Sparkle Family, everyone is human but has one of three specific abilities similar to the pony tribes.

Rated M for language and sex with the latter taking place following the time skip where the characters are older.
